Unboxing The New Acqua Di Gio Profondo EDP 2024 | Is it a Re-bottling or Reformulation?

Today we are unboxing the new Acqua Di Gio Profondo 2024. Not to be confused with the new Profondo Parfum released in 2024. This one is Profondo Eau de Parfum 2024, not to be confused with the original Profondo released in 2020.
If you are confused at this point, you are not alone. I don't know what Giorgio Armani is doing with these re-releases. Is it a reformulation? Is it simply a re-bottling of the same fragrance? Is it a completely new fragrance under the same name? There are more questions than answers at the moment, but hopefully this review will help shed some light into it.

I have both. The opening of the EDP is delicious. Something screechy was removed from the opening of Profondo 2024.

I bought acqua di gio profondo (2020) online and received a box with acqua di gio profondo 2024 EDP (gradient bottle! At first I was irritated I thought I had been tricked 😂 now i love my acqua di gio profondo edp 2024

All old formulations of the adg line were light and airy and smooth, all new formulations are focusing harder on the bergamot or grapefruit.. for example, to me the new edt smells like a mix of the old edt and the new edp, theyve all got a bit harsh which really isnt good for the dna

2020 and 2024 profondo smells birghter than the profondo parfum. longevitty are the same 5-6 hs on me

Repackaging and reformulations to justify the high prices for flankers. Unless a person is a fraghead most mass appeal can't tell the difference nor care.
