Hello, mine seems not to have the quick reply on the zepp app (iphone). Every notification is enabled but still there is no quick reply either on the phone icon or under the notification section :(

What type of band is that? Is it like stretchable or ( I've have sad experiences with some bands😭)

This is the band that the watch comes with, made of liquid silicone. Very comfortable, waterproof, feels durable but not stretchable. Remember, if you dont like it, you can replace it with any standard 22mm band.

When making call through bip 5 can you connect Bluetooth headphones and hear call through headphones?

Sorry, you can not pair buds with this watch.

The manufacturer says you can send and receive texts as well as make phone calls through any Bluetooth device

Can you connect your Strava application with this watch ?

You can't download Strava but you can sync your fitness info with the app.

Mine is locked I have to hold the right button for 5 seconds to unlock it. How can I disable that?

This is a quick toggle on the command center. Swipe down, then look for the icon that looks like a lock, toggle that off.

Sorry, no NFC. You can store membership cards on it though, if that helps.

@@techgadgets100 I bought it at Walmart, and my normally techy daughter-in-law had the same thing happen, but my son got it to work. He won’t tell me what he did😏 i was told by the salesperson that it had an altimeter, which I had especially wanted because I go hiking, but so far I have not seen it.
