I am sorry but this looks terrible. The application does not look smooth and looks very patchy and uneven. The "graphic look" or " negative space liner" LOL looks a hot mess. I love Revlon but I am not going to pretend something looks good when it does not!

It should not be necessary to have so many tips to make a liquid liner go on correct. To many Patchy, skipping, dos and donts . It should be a BOMB formula with quality precise brush. The end

the liner wing is too high up.. if she cut the wing to end where she connected with the cut crease liner then it would have been looking better.. :)
