@iRosz hope they send it to you. I never got the replacement ornament they promised me from one of the winter boxes because they didn't have enough left 😔

This was my first crate from them and I was honestly pretty disappointed, the size, bright colors and material of the backpack make it look like a toddler's bag, aside from the T-shirt everything else seemed really cheap aswell, def didn't feel worth the money (+ I live in the UK so shipping was 50 quid) I really hope autumn will be better 🤞

Good to know about the backpack. I kind of only want it because I paid for it and should have received it. I like the journal and love the tee. I always hope for good quality and unique items. And I think my least favorite item to date was the "rebar" coat hook... I agree, fingers crossed for the fall box being great.

No, no update after an email saying they were trying to get a replacement and that's not possible then a refund. I should probably reach out to them again... Though, truth be told, I think at this point, I would prefer the refund.
