Kabuki has fixed the knurl transitions. I received my Kabuki squat bar today. Looks flawless. My only nit is there is more sleeve play that I am used to with other bars. I got the EL nickel bar.

So, couple of things. First, double-track knurling should not be an issue on any bar that costs $600. Rogue will send an Echo bar with double-track knurling to the 'boneyard', so Kabuki needs to step up their QC a bit. Second, while the tensile strength is technically impressive, it's really questionable why anyone would want to pay a substantial price premium for such a high strength bar when any bar that's 190k is not going to bend under any load a human being can place on it. Personally, I think the Ohio Power Bar or American Power Bar would make a more sensible choice.

The double track is a very small section of the bar, Rogue's will sometimes even have that problem so in my opinion, it's not a HUGE issue. BUT, I agree, I hope they look at it closely.

"190k is not going to bend under any load a human being can place on it" I like 18 inch deadlifts and even from 20 inches and I built up to almost 550 kg from 20 inches. Some times I even do Rack Pulls (basically 24-26 inches for me) where I am at > 600 kg rn and I try to go up to ~800 kg over the next years. The heaviest ever done by man is 880 kg atm. So I want a bar which is capaple of more than 680 kg. I can fit 8 50 kg steel plates each sleeve with a little help. I know this is a very specialized use case but this barbell offers exctly what I am looking for :)

I wanted to get a Titan Yoke soon but after that review on Instagram of the plates not fitting I don’t know. I know Rogues is good but I like the design of the Titan better. I really hope they fix this soon

Over 250 kpsi is monstruous ( norm is 215 kpsi) but elasticity ( WHIP ) can be ... or not in correlation. ELEIKO IWF is ultra whippy WITH 215 kpsi and i own old SCHNELL IWF ULTRA STIFF AT 185 KPSI ( NORM VERY HIGHT IN SEVENTIES)

I’m a big fan of Texas power. Sword ⚔️ fighting with barbells doesn’t mean anything. It feels good in the hand, it’s cheap and it’ll be straight 30 years from now. I don’t care about a bar that does more than that.

Jessie Klassen Floor press is the father of the bench. Also it's harder then the bench cause it brake's the eccentric and concentrate into two phases which works power slot. Also you don't need a bench

It is so stupid the way they compared toughness of each bar on a lathe. That spinning knurled bar became almost like a saw going against a non-spinning bar. You have an entire diameter with almost sharp teeth spinning against only one spot on the other bar. Find another way to compare them in a fair way.
