I admire your commitment to the bit, bravo! I absolutely love this piece, and was pleasantly surprised at how user-friendly Thomas is to transform. There have been issues on some copies, so it may be worth glancing over the boards a bit for so preemptive damage control. Great review as always, thanks! I'm a few reviews behind, gotta catch up!

I just attached the ko coal cart to him and they look great together. Makes me think of a friend of who lives in a clinic for people with dementia. That's just something you have to respect. Thommy is too weak to live a day-to-day life and he is amazing for it. My buddy Delauer is awesome in how he struggles to survive while he is being lived by the organization that cares for him and others like him. People like you just are obligated to respect people like my friend for doing what they can to try and live to the best of their ability. His birthday is coming up and I'm going to visit him with cake and alcohol-free sparkling wine. We're going to have a great time. It's one of the few sources of happiness he has to experience such visits. He has no wife. He has no children. He doesn't have many friends. He has no house. He has no job. And he is amazing because of that, because in spite of all that he isn't capable of he still struggles to live. He doesn't have race or religion or sexual orientation to use as an excuse to grasp at a "community" to be part of. He just has his few friends and his parents. That's it. And you need to respect that. There are of course people who look down on that. But that is just arrogance that needs to be wiped out. Normal people need to be made to be humble.

Fans Toys didn't have a lot of flexibility on the chest shield. What has been reported is that a lot of S2 character's character models were created with just a front image so they made up what the back looked like. Unfortunately like several others Astrotrain was mistransformed with the chest shield folded away as it would be for train mode and they ended up putting the tail fin on his back like Thomas has. FT couldn't have both the character model and the chest shield without a fake somewhere.

4:10 Hi. FT-XX is always on the top of Fans Toys boxes. Also, if you keep your boxes like I do, the underside tape is easier to cut when first opening it up. Nice straight line, no semicircular cut out bits to deal with. Also, if you're a complete loony like me, a letter opener slid under the opening flap can be used to open the box without creasing the flap. Sod off. These things are expensive. Fight me!

Chigurh is a great toy to play with and transform. I was disappointed with Thomas as I am with pretty much every fanstoys piece because of the lack of playability. Thomas looks better but he still looks off to me. He just doesn't scream astrotrain to me even though he is well done. Generally I saw each character a certain way in my mind's eye. Astrotrain had a boyish look to his face and attitude. This toy makes him appear serious and stoic. Just doesn't come across the right charm or personality as I feel astrotrain should give out.
