Thanks for this! This deck pack is insane, the 3 charizards themselves are the same cost of the box, so it's actually a very profiteable way to get some useful and all-around cards if you're starting!

how would you upgrade this with the set rotation in mind, I'm new to the tcg and looking to use this to get into the game, but I don't want to get a bunch of cards that aren't usage in events in 3/4 months, any advice?

@harrybrass734 I'd cross that bridge when we get to it. We know nothing about what comes after prismatic evolutions and how it affects the metagame.

I'd add Canceling Cologne jut in case you have to battle a Iron Thorns ex deck. It's Zard ex's Kryptonite and you absolutely need to get a Zard on the board asap to stop your opponent from rotating 3 of them.

@@stevefaria Most super success Charizard lists play 2 Charizard and only 5 energy now. You really only ever effectively need 2 to 3 energy at a time, thanks to being able to recur them with Super Rod/Night Stretcher.

Would the Squawkabilly trainer toolkit be a good thing to get to upgrade this? Was thinking of getting this deck with that and adding some of the cards from that like the Squawk

@@HydroniteTB there's a ton of great cards in that, between the Charizard deck and the toolkit, you'd be able to build any deck for a while and only need very specific cards each time!

This deck is awesome! I really wanna get it whenever I can as I've been looking for a good cheap irl deck. The deck itself is cool and I love your upgrade guide as I found it useful. the one thing you're missing that would be good is to tell us the prices on the added cards and then the total price of the deck.

@adamlassen1185 prices change so often on cards that it's pointless, as that information is almost instantly dated. Example: Prime Catcher was 20-25 before this deck was released. Now it's under 13 on average.

What’s the strategy behind the 6 energy cards? Are they strictly for Charizard EX and Radiant Charizard?

Charizard ex gets them right out of the deck, so you don't want/need to draw into them and when they're needed you can just search for one with Pidgeot ex!

As a new TCG player it would be nice to know why you removed some cards. Saying “This stadium doesn’t really help much” is a bit vague for someone who hasn’t heard about that card yet. Just a suggestion, but thanks for the video! :)

So, in this specific instance, the stadium card in question is Artazon, which allows each player to search their deck for a basic non-rulebox Pokemon and place it on their bench. This sounds helpful, but it also helps your opponent to set up and play the game, which in turn is more harm for you than help.

@ Out of curiosity do you think it’s still worth buying the Gardevoir EX League Battle Deck? I read that the cards will rotate out or something but are there other cards in the deck that could be used in this deck? Or could you mix the decks and have a Fire and Psychic deck?

How do you deal with wall decks like Mimikyu or Cornerstone Mask Ogerpon ex ?

Ogerpon can be played around skillfully with Radiant Charizard and forcing the Briar turn. Mimikyu can be handled with Dusclops/Noir, but the Quad Mimikyu deck running around is def a problem LOL

Do you think Precious Trolley could be better to use in order to cut some of the search ball cards and use other tech cards in its place? Or is Unfair Stamps raw power with switching and disruption too good right now? I only play TCG Live and other than switching out the 50hp pidegy's with 60hp, that's the final card im willing to spend credits on before not upgrading for a long time.

I only think Trolly is gonna be good in decks that can't play Buddy-buddy Poffin. If you don't want to use Unfair Stamp, you could use Hero's Cape or Maximum Belt as alternative choices!

@@st00ben I was able to collect the 600 credits just now and switched to unfair stamp. Tired of playing this deck lol finally glad its completed, just need to farm crystals to do that bundle strat for credits. Thanks for the reply back!
