We do a Christmas Eve gift too. Though my kid gets a Christmas Eve basket. She always gets PJs, a new book, a new game, and some kind of snack or treat.

It’s such a fun tradition! ❤ When I was a kid, my mom used to let me pick a wrapped one from under the tree but she could veto the choice if she didn’t think it was either something I’d be entertained by all day or if it was the “big” gift 😂👌🏻

Ironically I have never read anything hy Samantha Downing, but I am intrigued by her upcoming 2025 release, so I may read that author next year.
