Hi Dave, just finishing watching the video with my extended family on Thanksgiving weekend here in Canada. Very enjoyable. I'm so happy my old toys will find a place in your collection to continue to be loved for years to come!

I always hoped the Centurions names were code names because they were too specific. 😂 “We have an opening for an air operations specialist. Anyone here called Ace McCloud? Great, you’re in!”

Regarding that "gun for something" @ 16:17 - It took me tons of research, and somewhat random Google searches, but I eventually found it! It's the gun turrent from an Arco Motorized 8x8 Big Foot "MCB1" (with super climbing action!).

Dave, as you know, Kenner's C3-PO is a completely vac-metal painted figure made of the weaker plastic that gets brittle as it ages. Just dropping one of those figures from a decent table height can be enough to break off hands and or his feet if he lands hard enough. That happened to me as a kid. One of my C3-PO figures fell off a kitchen table and it broke off at the wrist. I had him posed his arms up in the surrendering position, and when he tumbled, he landed hands first! SNAP! lol He was only about 3 years old at the time, but yeah, those particular figures can easily break at the weak points --wrists, fingers, foot, neck, etc.
@ToyPolloiTwo2 ай бұрын
Ouch. I've never dropped one and had it break. But can certainly see how that could damage them.

Need to get around to shipping some stuff out. I found a Miles at a toy sidewalk sale a few weeks ago whom currently resting in Castle Grayskull along with some older toys I have that are in rough shape I would hope to see repaired someday.

@@ToyPolloiTwo I don't know why it was changed. When I first saw a red one, I assumed that the one I had had yellowed.

Agt. Savage was a spin off of GI Joe A Real American Hero. Due to it's size which were not compatible with the popular 3 3/4" figure scale, as well as it's price and honestly, lackluster concept, it never sold very well and was soon discontinued by Hasbro.

I would love to know what figures from your top 10 collections are you still missing to complete the collection. I know I most likely not complete my He Man collection but I’m very happy hunting and grateful for what I have, very WABISABIE collection of mine😂
@ToyPolloiTwo2 ай бұрын
I don't really have any complete collections. Just lots of bits from various lines. The only one I am actively trying to complete is the LJN Advanced Dungeons and Dragons line. I'm down to just accessories to get which are really tough.
@andrestroncoso96722 ай бұрын
@@ToyPolloiTwo That’s awesome. I didn’t use to care too much on accessories when I started my collection but have been changing my mind as I have followed other collectors too and have been appreciative of how hard it is to complete the figures with accessories so I have gotten a couple of weapons it has been fun and a sense of accomplishment for that figure. A lot of my vintage toys are in boxes as I get a lot of it from the thrift shops and don’t have the room to display. Do you get to display your collection?
@ToyPolloiTwo2 ай бұрын
I can live with our most accessories, but they are nice to have. My toy room is pretty small so I display what I can. I rotate my collection so I get the most out of it. One day I'd love more room to have it all out.
