Have them and I think they're terrible. We reverted back to the pen pad immediately. The provided dry erase markers are poor quality, and the pads a bit small and warped. As a whole package it looks really nice, but i found it very underwhelming quality wise. Don't get me started on the wrinkles in the neoprene mat.

@@ryandavenport3893 can you explain the problem with the pens? Did they dry up quickly? If so, we will stop selling them (or at least that brand). The only reason we listed them was because they were "ultra fine", instead of the more commonly available regular size tip which we found too "blobby". We did not make a profit from selling the pens, so if they are inconsistent quality, then we will stop. They seemed great when I tested the package I opened. To be clear we didn't include any pens with the Jumbo Expansion Pack. This is also the first complaint of warped pads, I've heard. I can send a replacement. As for the jumbo map we have discontinued the Jumbo Expansion Pack (it is sold out), and instead will be selling the component elements individually once our pre-order system goes live in mid-July 2021. We'll be shipping the neoprene map in a 50" tube to avoid the crease problem. For those who have the Jumbo Expansion Pack already, drying the map on high heat in a clothes dryer for 45+ minutes helps to smooth out the wrinkles formed from long storage in the box, but perhaps this method failed for you? In retrospect, I certainly concede it should never have been shipped folded in a box, but the production samples did not reveal any creases due to the short time spent in storage and shipping in a box was strongly recommended by the manufacturer. We are always open to feedback and we try to listen for ideas on improvement.

@@NightingaleGamesLLC The pens we got did not do a good job adhering to the pad surface. We used them within I believe a week of receiving the expansion. The warped pads were bowed in the middle, and this is possibly due to heat while in package..not sure. My biggest complaint is the mat, I split this game with 2 other buddies and we all took turns trying to get the wrinkles out to no avail. I didn't put in the clothes dryer as I thought that would damage the mat, but if you have seen that work I will certainly try it. Not looking for replacement, we are fine with the paper pads. I think if we could do it all over again we just wouldn't have spent the $ on the expansion. Overall we are happy with the War Room experience, so please don't take this as me disparaging the entire product.

@@ryandavenport3893 Ok, we don't get a lot of detailed feedback... so the details are appreciated. Let me know if you want a replacement for the Dry-erase boards. The map is really sturdy and waterproof so you can wash it too. Just don't iron it as that has been the only reported incident of discoloration.
