I MUST congratulate you Sir! Your video demonstration here has proven successful in my situation. I recently purchased a similar wireless NVR kit but from a different brand name company. I see that most of them are the same in design and inner chassis. The name printed on the housings are different. Even the camera housings are similar. Anyway, you are the only KZbin website demo to address the problem I experienced. In my 8 camera kit, one camera did not plug and play. After watching dozens of videos from others, no one explained or showed how to overcome this issue? You did and very thoroughly too I might add! Thankyou very much! Your explanation to delete the bad IP address and steps to auto match for a new one worked like a charm! Thankyou again!

According to users manual: When the login window warns "Incorrect User ame and Password". 1. Move your mouse into this prompt box. 2. Left click, right click, Left click, right click... Repeat it for 12 times. Until a restore default User window pops out. 3. Click "yes" to reset your User ame and Password.
