Processing speed, lens and other adjustments, a separate camera button, sound, vibrancy and battery life. I'm blind now, but if I could still see I would definitely upgrade from my 15 Pro to the 16 Pro Max. Number one I am a sound nut now and I love good vibrant Dolby sound that comes out of these things. Are use my phone for writing papers and everything else in between. Especially sound and wireless so I pay attention to the latest and I will say if you have a 14 I would definitely upgrade! You're gonna love the titanium band and how light it is compared to the 14. Battery life is definitely a big jump from the 14, even four hours is a big jump from the 15 pro max!
