Dont forget, after the first civil war there was the Dark reign and was followed by the heroic age. It is time for a new heroic age. Superheroes shouldn act like Superheroes once more.

Carl Bloke It's mostly due to the whole movie rights shenanigans going on between Marvel and Fox, although Sony seems to be playing nice now. Because other studios own the the movie rights to series like the X-Men and the Fantastic 4, Marvel has decided to use them less or change some things around so they won't be promoting series that they don't have creative control of, well for the movies. If you look into it, you'll discover that it actually fuels a lot of their recent decisions.

Actually Hydra Cap is great. His past was rewritten by Kobik (child god) but he still is good and he is still trying to beat Red Skull and make Hydra good. Great great story. Uncanny Avengers are also great. wolverine is chick? But we also have Old Man Logan (Old Wolverine from alternate future) so i am okay with this. Thor is a chick? but we also have Unworthy Thor about true Thor.
