I learnt that we need tools to be positive, to let go and to embrace uncertainties. With meditation, yoga and pranayama, those positive states of mind just happen effortlessly, and negativity drops. Prana (energy) level goes up and everything seems fine. But simply listening to dhamma, without any tools make it very tough to let go.

Uncertainty is a blessing if you think about it, Accept uncertainty and you are spared the disappointment of things you thought were for certain but went askew. Certainty can bring unhappiness, shock, disillusionment, and many more results.
