@Iggywiggywoo If he was going to be one of their uncles, I would say Bert only because Bert lives in that same neighborhood while most probably this is Mary Poppins second visit in that neighborhood since she said to Bert when seeing him, "it's nice to see you again Bert." Plus, most probably when Mary Poppins visited that neighborhood the first time, she saw Uncle Albert floating in the air where Bert probably came to see his uncle with Mary Poppins joining him where Bert said to Jane and Michael, "last time it took us three days to get him to come down."

His friend went to buy some clothing/underwear and the person in the shop asks “how long do you want it?” meaning length of the material/clothing. The funny bit is the guys answer because he replies “from about September to March” Meaning a length of time, to last him so long. He should have replied “50cm” or something like that.
