Without a doubt, this is the best "East meets West" collaboration since Jackie Chan and Owen Wilson did the 2000 movie "Shanghai Noon". I couldn't stop laughing, and the chemistry of the Uncle Roger and Cowboy Kent enjoying each other's antics... ​@@shrimpy7862 it is a waste. Esp since this guy is priding himself with how good his beef produce is. notice how the coating isnt evenly distributed on the final cooked steak. You can see parts with just grayish looking steak. Thats because the juices from the steak gets trapped steaming the steak underneath and separates the coating which will lead to soggy weird meat in the middle. This technique requires the steak to be thin (need to be flattened out) to remain evenly crispy. His steak was too thick. And a coating with crackers... yeah only someone whos high on crackers would think that would better than a proper steak crust thats made with maillard reaction
