Yep she might as well use chilli jam. The Thai basil goes in as a garnish. This is not pho. Pho broth is made over hours with all kinds of beef bones and meat. And then you char your onions and ginger and star anise and coriander seeds and cloves … this is terrible!!

I'm not sure but outside of UK European breed looks like that , that what uncle roger advices is pure trash product... I usually agree with him but his time he is wrong, not sure about the cheese though.
