As a school counselor who went to seminary to be a Christian Counselor in a church...I am thankful for Phillip..He has a counselor's heart and is funny....God put me in public schools and I absolutely love my job!! I work in a very rural community where there is lots of hunting and my students show me pictures of their first kill.. Thank you so much for giving me laughs...I am thankful I can wear my school lanyard that says I love Jesus...my students know they can talk about Jesus with me..thankful for all of you!! National Appreciate Day! I'm all for it! You have to prepare at least three months growing the meat. Appreciation Day is something this generation has not been taught. Not all not all. Get your older grandkids up around 5:00am and show them how we produced our meat in the 70's. We will all be eating good for a long time. Well past April. Many have forgotten the appreciation of God's gifts for us to consume. And in the process bring another one to Christ. Let them kids put some seed in the ground too. Grandama can load a table up in the winter months. So teach them grand girls how it's done. And I promise you they will have a different mindset for Appreciation Day!
