Caught bream in Australia on chicken intestines. Gut, scale and slate. Deep fry in 375 temp. canola oil the whole fish. Shredded cabbage and sour cream based sauce in a blender with cilantro lemon juice and a dash of hot sauce(vinegar base). Corn tortillas and a lite curry white rice. Just pick the meat off the bone onto the tortilla add some rice finish with cabbage and top with sauce.

Old Si knows what its all about .Ultralight fishing and a bed of bream in my book there ain't nothing better. It's good u were in clear water no u didn't get hung up. I love fishing stumps and layed down trees with crickets. Using ultralight tackle with 6 lb test and a #4 or #6 Aderdeen wire hooks.Good video and I use just plain cornmeal the white or yellow and salt and pepper. Can't beat it.

😂 Si says you taking too long to bless the food bo. Now I know Si aint over there eatin them fillets that was made for the kids is he ? lol. I never tried slicing mine crossways like that before frying. Seem like it might get mushy but if the grease is hot enough I guess it don't matter. Ima try it. 👍 Seen it done on other fish.

If you don't want to make the cuts before frying then when your ready to eat, just pull the top fin off and use a butter knife and run it down each side of the backbone and filet it after it's fried. Delicious. Good luck and God bless.
@tholland32023 жыл бұрын
I like to cut the head out like a u shape leaves the meat above the head and of course glad you didn’t miss this but they have to have the slices down the sides of the fish like a professionallll I usually make one or two more slices then that
