Thank you uncle , i never knew anything about a blue fin until this morning . Cheers brother fai for your generosity .. i wish you nothing but only the best for you 🙏❤

Blue fin tuna is really expensive and highly prized food even in Japan. I remember spending RM2K in one morning on street food for 3 person while at a seafood market in Osaka years ago. Japanese fresh seafood is simply awesome!

Uncle Lee, Thank You for sharing this blue fin tuna feast celebration. The meal looks delicious. Am sure everyone enjoyed eating and had a good time. Did not see Mrs. Lee joining you at the party.

@@bernardtan3639 yes delicious. She didn’t join, she left after the fish arrived. It’s too long a day for her. I was there filming from late morning until .. by the time I reached home, it’s almost 10pm.

Is Ah Fai a Japan trained Japanese Chef?
@UncleLeeAdventures3 ай бұрын
@@legambaz he trained under a Japanese master chef during his teen and early 20s. He opened his first restaurant in Shah Alam when he was 23 years old. He opened his current Subang Jaya outlet when he was just 26 years old. He has many years of experience in Japanese cuisine since he started working at the age of 14.

I think if the knife is bigger the job of cutting up the tuna will be so much easier.

if tuna fish stop moving or stop swimming , it will die
@UncleLeeAdventures3 ай бұрын
@@solarcoaser yes correct. Tuna fish cannot stop moving. They need to be constantly swimming.
