I think Chinese chillies aren't that spicy...by judging on the amount they put in a video...like if it was hot i don't think they can finish it..their plates are full of chillies, chilli powder, green chilli, red chilli, and they put large amounts in it..

I’ve been binge watching papa videos. Even though some things are too extreme for me. I appreciate his cooking style. I love to see all natural seasonings being used. All of the food is well done. He always have a smile on his face when he cooks his food. So you know he’s love is in it. I love how his family and friends all gather around enjoying themselves with food. от именно наяривают. Чавкают,как свиньи, плюют кости в тарелку, откусывают кусок - а остальное падает в тарелку, едят через край тарелки, берут куски из общего блюда своими побывавшими во рту слюнявыми палочками. О салфетках и о еде с закрытым ртом вообще, видимо, не слышали.Для тех, кто привык есть по-человечески, это зрелище просто ужас.

Great, excellent video, but the subtitle leaves a lot to be desired! Lousy synchronization makes most of his recipes very tough to follow, especially his knack for throwing in different kinds of spices. I would really love nothing else but to have some of his spices properly translated into English, at least something you can get online in North America. I love this man's passion for cooking. Nothing really fazes him, no matter what difficulties you mostly run when cleaning all kinds of meat, whether you're removing the scales of the fish, or cleaning out that yucky sticky mucus, or even intricately shaving those hairs off an animal's skin. It's just too bad that his excellent video can't be made simpler with a good translator, otherwise, I'm sure he'll have more viewers or most of the English-speaking viewers subscribing, or watching his videos. This guy can really cook up a storm, and can you imagine if he were to run a restaurant? He'll have beaten every snobbish big-time chef in the world. I'm sure he's a very down-to-earth kind of guy that you would just love to sit and learn his out-of-this-world way of cooking.
