Mothers taking care of kids with special needs are really blessed and graced. I gave birth to a baby with down syndrome though due to effects that come along with the condition like congenital heart disease and hers was so complicated she just passed on at 10 weeks. Congratulations mama for taking in the roles of a nurse, how I wish you could be in America to get all the help you need with her, mostly the government aid, 24/7 but all is not lost, God Is still on The Throne.
