This may seem like a defensive question. What is the baseline for these evaluations to be determined as consistent. If the individual has one of the three values missing, then it skews the interpretation of the whole process. If the organizational leader is biased in one or more of these areas, again, the whole evaluation is skewed. Or is there a way to confirm the baseline?

Very nice strategy of getting a video promoted by making their company to trainees and interns to watch it as a tutorial or make it a part of the training, before they kick most of them out... Im not sure if u work with chillibreeze but thats whats happening.....

I love your model. Really makes sense, but when you talk about smart, you might want to talk about differences in behavior, thought and attitudes because they come from different cultures. Americans generally tend to think of people from other cultures as less smart because they think and behave differently.
