Super spot on, exactly what I noticed too. Staying conscious is so vital to notice these clicks or zaps and not getting sucked into playing out old patterns that we have done so much healing work on. I can feel it when it happens. As you said its through the body. The false matrix has a lot of "tricks" to keep us stuck in a loop, though I am feeling the overall grip of it is loosing strength. I used to get overwhelmed from such high sensitivity but having done a lot of inner integration and felt it was disabling at times I now see the gift in it because it helps me see and feel these kind of things happening in the moment and stay conscious.

It's been my birthday today. Got 31. All my future paths I created for myself are closed off by others. I found myself today in literally a spiral of a weird sadness for I literally don't know what to do.
