Tessie, you've shown us dehydrated veggies and fruits, and dehydrated herbs. But I think dehydrated potting soil is a first here! That is so cool -- and it would take up so much less space to store before using it. Love your and Scott's solution to the "no bottom" raised gardening bed. You two make a great team.

What’s funny is I almost bought that same raised bed when I bought the little greenhouse like you have. I am going to see if I can find a bag or two of the coconut compressed dirt to try that out. My next thing I am hoping to buy is a little shed to keep all the garden stuff in. Thanks so much for showing this because I too thought it had a bottom on it.
@MeowVicious3 жыл бұрын
Oh and now the prices on the greenhouses have went up so much so I am glad I bought when I did. There’s a half hoop one I also liked and had on my wishlist.. was $109 and the other day I saw it was up to $149! That’s a huge increase in price. Got the little one like you for a little under $50 and it’s out of stock and similar are $60-70 now. One thing I like about shopping online is I can save items and watch for a deal without driving to the stores.

You can also do what some people do and use children's kiddie pools for planters on your deck! They have as few sizes and they are inexpensive some are sturdier than others and you can spray paint the outside! Will that planter fill up with rain water after the plants germinate or did yo put a hole or two on the bottom to drain under the deck?? God Bless!

That was a lot of dirt. And when you were saying about no bottom that's what came to my mind was a tarp for your deck. And then I thought and I know that would probably rott out your deck.
