This was a lovely little series, looks like a nice laid-back area. Thanks for sharing :) I think Norm needs to do a kisetan tour of places that have the best coffee! We hit up a few older kisetan on our last trip, and although quaint, kitsch and mostly staffed adorable older ladies, they didnt have a great coffee selection (one even served only instant, eeek!) hehe

Love the whole video! The Monozuki Coffee Shop makes me think of my parents house. They have the wood and antique vibe going in their house. But, most of all, my Dad loves clocks and they have over twenty, leaning towards thirty in their house. They are set a little off from either other, so when they chime, they take turns. ♥️

I used to carry a few cinnamon stick and chewing them, and by my personal experience i think the best way to enjoying it were by using the cinnamon stick to stir the hot coffee and don't take it out till your cup were empty where you'll find the cinnamon to be soft enough to chew on..

Great vid. Re. antiques, TC might be able to make a good video about the Oedo antique market? Twice a month, jammed full of interesting stuff. I think it'd make for good content. (last time I was in Tokyo I was lucky enough to be there on the right Sunday and scored some sweet netsuke).

errr,... Ogikubo isn't " central Tokyo " ,... you're just a few stops away from leaving the special wards (^_^) ... hmmm, you might like Koto ward (Tokyo ' low town '), especially Monzen-nakacho,... if you speak Japanese it will be easy, otherwise I think you'll have problems ...
