I myself is MD Biochemist....moreover I heard you sayng in your video you want to address how's and why's of everything ....this subject is perfect for this ....then I heard you are interested in Science as a whole....then also Biochemistry came to my mind.....In short Biochemistry to my knowledge is a subject with multidisciplinary approach.Years back I was in a dilemma ....now I'm very happy and contented over the decision I made then. Last but not the least it is an ever advancing subject with mutliple avenues to explore ....Hope this helps.

And one more thing I forgot to mention above ....In pharmacology all mechanism of action of grugs have the explanation from Biochemistry. Being a Biochemist you can understand Pharmacology, Medicine etc.better , but for sure it is not the other way round. 😅😅😅😅 And sure I'm not biased with any subject.
