Tutorial: Half half gaff face and blank deck. False shuffles. Sweet card productions. Double flap card gimmicks is how all the cards change twice (from kings to the aces to blank). First smoke comes from his wrist/watch (it has a smoke device). Places the 2 full blank cards on the top and bottom to cleverly hide the gaff cards when he does a full table spread. And the last smoke is triggered by his foot and it pumps a smoke device underneath the card mat. Solved.
