Yep. In a park where the owners tell you what you can do on their property. Might as well be an HOA! You can spit and hit the trailer next door. No Thanks! I will keep my Cherokee County unrestricted 1 acre (that I own) in Upstate SC...

City officials pointed to a filter blockage when Bradenton spilled 1.2 million gallons of partially treated sewage into the Manatee River in February, but detailed reports reveal another issue at the treatment plant. Bradenton is down river, so that spillage did not move up the next town of Ellenton, but still, that waterway is polluted.

You not only have to pay to own the place but you probably have to pay $2,000 thousand a month for the lot fee you will never ever really truly own the place plus you will have to probably spend another 10-20 thousand to upgrade the place

This place is trash , need a lot of work, better off somebody buy the cheapest they can, toss the whole house out garbage the whole thing, and put the new one out there, would be a same price if you want to remodel and clean everything up and make it livable, I live in California in the mobile home park.... This is looks like a toss out is like paying for the haul out, I bet everything is water damaged 2

I’m sorry but if u don’t own the land under the trailer ur never going to own the trailer.it maybe water front but its a waste of time and money especially considering what’s going on with the economy what’s going to keep that park from changing u more then u can afford for lot rent.if u can’t pay the rent.its not like u can pick u the trailer and move it somewhere else.the price seems nice till u c the full picture.
