Just so everyone knows, those vertical spoilers “wings” are for the base golf not gti or r, they are much smaller and definitely not the same, I had them on my 1.8 golf before trading it in for my R.

JR Castañeda yes its just 3M tape, easy to install and for a base model looks great.

Those dsg paddle shifters are very high quality! Ive had them over a year and for the 18$ i paid they felt very good too the touch and are in fact real aluminum. Ive seen the same ones on some websites for up too 150$!!! Sometimes chinese stuff is the better option....because they are chinese; just most lie about it lol

hey i have a mk7 gti (2016) and I got a random epc warning yesterday and then it went away when I restarted the car, have you experienced anything like this? i have around 28k on the car. Also do you get a rough start for the first couple of minutes?

Neel Mistry Get a code reader to see if there was any actual codes stored. Also, if the battery is on the way out, this can cause it. Low voltage and cause sensors to act whack.

Do you have a tune? My apr tune did this. Long story short. Replaced spark plugs it worked. Some people have had to replace turbos Cuz of it

Could also be bad gas. Some low octane fuels can make that happen if pushed to high rpms

You were probably really heavy on the clutch that day unless your dsg then you def need to scan could be a throttle body problem
