Under Armour Project Rock 7 | CUT IN HALF

For the last seven years, Under Armour has produced a signature shoe line for the Rock called Project Rock.
Now, in its seventh iteration, the Project Rock shoes have seen their fair share of updates. Some of the updates over the last few years have been...less than stellar, to put it nicely.
To be fair, I think the UA Project Rock shoes are super hit or miss to begin with. Lifters tend to either love these shoes or they can't stand their built-out heavier nature.
Me personally? I enjoy the Project Rock line, but I also recognize that they have their shortcomings. That said, I do have a few preferred Project Rock models that I've liked over the last few years.
The UA Project Rock 7 has been one of my favorite models to date, so much so, that I wanted to cut my pair open to see if the materials justified the higher price point.
What did I find? There are some cool subtleties to this shoe that you can see without dissecting a pair and getting into the materials.

Looking for shoes for low arch foot for squats and deadlifts. And a shoe for running every day as well.

UA TriBase Reign 6 For running, I'd go with something like a Mount to Coast S1 or Nike Peg 41!
