We lost our house to a flood in 2015 we had live there 50 years, we had to start over at 68 years of age. My wife cried for days. My son and I were driving around out in the country 29:09 and looking for 29:09 a house for sale, it had been listed for a year about 2 mile away from our old home. As soon as we contacted them they dropped the price from 120k to 85k on 10 year old 2 bed home 2 bath 12xx square ft. + 2 car attached garage on 4 acres 100 ft higher than flood plain on a black top road. God blessed us 7 years ago and youtoo now best wishes from missouri.
