Hiya and with the right property rental potential excellent. Villas like this one would command around 1,000 Euros per week in high season and the festive holidays. Also big demand for one or two week rentals to people over looking for a property to purchase and wanting to experience what the villas and life here like.

I have to say that the materials used were not the greatest especially if built new as you said. In my opinion it will not age well and will require renovation for the discriminating buyer which will only add to the total cost of buying.
