Hi again Richard, great villa. I’ve seen this on with other agents for quite a while now. Any reasons why it hasn’t sold before? Is it the steepness of the cul de sac. How have they managed drainage from any water run off from the hill behind? Great villa though and a short walk from Katie’s bar. Hope to be down in middle / end of September so if it’s still around will check it out. 👍
