@@misterbrine thank you!! A bit of persistence and you’ll get there. From the day I started learning it, I set a goal to be able to play & sing it decently within 2 years and made it happen in less than a year. Took another year after that to feel comfortable playing it live but it’s very achievable!

how long did it take you to learn the whole thing? how long were you playing guitar when you started this song?

@@Jeffk-is2qs This song is actually one of the main reasons I wanted to learn to play the guitar in the first place! I started teaching myself in 2020 after my University hockey career had wrapped up and learned the intro and basic chords of the song within the first couple months (obviously I was complete shit at this point). Because I was an absolute beginner, it probably took a good 2 years of VERY consistent practice to get this one down.. then I started learning to sing which took another year of consistent practice to get it close to what it sounds like today!
