Back in the 80's, RHCP wasn't on my playlist. Never seemed to get into their music. Leave it to Sangah Noona to infuse her wonderful piano interpretation and creativity to broaden my appreciation for this band.

Well, the album that Under the Bridge was on came out in the 90s. Blood, Sugar, Sex, Magik (the album) was like their first big commercial success. However, if you want a clear look at the band's style, Californication is the best as far as variety is concerned. It's the one with many of their biggest hits as well.

Good evening, this is one of those songs that I remember where I was when I first heard it early spring of 1992. I remember vibing along with it, then the intense out chorus kicked in, and took it to a whole different level. I think your brilliant performance of this, now classic rock piece captures the essence of how I felt on that low key rainy spring day in March of 1992.

This is awesome Sangah, :). I got this album recently on vinyl, originally bought it on cassette tape way back in 93/4? after hearing this song on Beavis and Butt-Head. The Chili Peppers have been amongst my favourite bands ever since.

I have known the Chilis first in the mid 90s,when this album came out I was a baby on mummy's lap 😄💖 as being too young during the height of the Peppers' popularity.Decades later,I listened to the full album of bssm here on YT and from then onwards a massive fan now 😍💖💖💖💖 I watched "Give it away" in my pre-teens. My late sister was their fan too.
