Revelation 18:2 He cried out in a powerful voice, “Fallen! Babylon the Great has fallen! She has become a home for demons. She is a prison for every unclean spirit, a prison for every unclean bird, and a prison for every unclean and hated beast. Take notice to the fact that even John in Revelations knew what clean and unclean foods were. His words were chosen wisely here to show that every unclean thing was being imprisoned in Babylon. Notice that clean and unclean animals were separated in the beginning of the Bible (Torah) and still mentioned here at the very end of the Bible. So from the beginning to the end, they still considered things clean and unclean to eat. We would submit to you that nowhere in between was it done away with. If it was then John wouldn’t still be talking about it in Revelations. “Always Learning” Biblical Truth

@barrybaker91736 жыл бұрын
Jesus full filled the law by adding grace to it. The law of grace works through the law. You are still required to follow many of the laws but when you fail, as you shall, there will be grace instead of being stoned or cast into HELL. Grace DOES NOT work outside the law. That's a false teaching. Remember, Jesus gave us a new command. Love those as I have loved you. Old Testament laws were broken because they condemned people to death instead of liberating them from that sin. We are not saved through the law but because we are saved by grace OUR works should reflect His mercies. In everything we do, we should do it as if we were doing it to please God. If that were the mindset of the church there wouldn't be a need to worry about the law. To love God is to get to know God. God loves the law. He is the law. The final authority. Pointless to argue with people who aren't willing to study for themselves. They will be lost in their beliefs. Matthew 7:6 don't cast your pearls before swine

We are NOT saved by obeying the law. Obeying the law is a work and we are SAVED by grace through faith without works. In other words we don't obey the law because we have to (in order to get saved) we obey the law because we want to (to show our love for Jesus). During the Church Age salvation can't be lost because if it could God would be a liar because once you are saved you get sealed with the Holy Spirit until the day of redemption (which is the rapture of the Church). This video preaches a faith and works gospel and that's NOT the gospel that saves us today. Don't be deceived. We are saved by grace through faith without works. Obeying the law has absolutely NOTHING to do with salvation during the Church Age today, if you believe that works save you then you have been deceived and are NOT saved.

Daniel Blair you say we follow the law bc we love Jesus, not to get saved. But what parts of the law? The whole law? Just ten commandments?
@fredwlcteam42646 жыл бұрын
Daniel Blair you simply misunderstand. we are not talking about 'dead works' outside of the faith of Yahushua. Hebrews 6:1 Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward Yahuwah, We do not keep the law TO BE saved [dead works], rather BECAUSE we ARE saved [living works]/obedience IN Yahushua. It is simply the fruit or evidence of our salvation - a loving response to "IF" you love me keep mu commandments" John 14:15. 'works' is the same as obedience, as James says 'Faith without works is dead'. Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. James 2:17 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?James 2:20 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also. James 2:26

Because of all the various teachings on youtube, years ago I prayed, I prayed for understanding because everyone kept teaching something different, I prayed and asked God do I keep the commandments or are they done away as the baptists and the other denominations teach. I sat my bible down and wind came out of nowhere in my room and the pages started flipping and they stopped at Proverbs 7, I looked down and I read Prov 7:1 My son, keep my words, and lay up my commandments with thee. 2 Keep my commandments, and live; and my law as the apple of thine eye. 3 Bind them upon thy fingers, write them upon the table of thine heart. My question was then answered.

I see what you did there; you quoted Jesus' words in John 14:15, to support your premise of keeping the law. Why did you neglect to put it in context by continuing to John 15:11,12? If you had continued to John 15:11,12, then we would have seen Jesus' definition of commandment(s): John 15:11 "These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full. 12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. " Why did you not use the correct context in this message? Are trying to deceive? Could Jude 1:4 be the answer? "For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ."

No one is trying to deceive you, before jumping to conclusions about anything, give a person the benefit of the doubt. You need both law and grace to enter into life, messiah himself said it in the following verse: 18And a certain ruler asked him, saying, Good Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life? 19And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? none is good, save one, that is, God. 20Thou knowest the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Honour thy father and thy mother. 21And he said, All these have I kept from my youth up. 22Now when Jesus heard these things, he said unto him, Yet lackest thou one thing: sell all that thou hast, and distribute unto the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me.

We have died to the Law, so that we may be joined to Christ; so, after being joined to Christ, let's not sneak off to be joined again to the law. The Ten Commandments are the Old Covenant, which became obsolete in A.D. 70. We are under the New Covenant, and are to obey Jesus; not the Law of Moses. We are trusting in God, because none of us do good not one we sin every day. We are Gods children what ever we do, yes he can take us home if we do to much damage but he is the good shepherd he went looking for the lost sheep. When people talk about WORKS it breaks my heart. Our God is all about relation not religion He loved us first and said on the cross It is finished. His love for us is unconditional once we are saved, we are born again as his children. I believe it is like Noah´s ark we are saved once we are inside the ark. Only a little bird could get out of the ark, that´s how safe we are. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life. Do you think that the Lord our good Shepherd will come to the Father and say here are 99 of the 100 sheeps you have given me. John 10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: 28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish , neither shall any [man] pluck them out of my hand. 29 My Father, which gave [them] me, is greater than all; and no [man] is able to pluck [them] out of my Father's hand. No, we are already passed over from death into life. this is not easy believeism. I love Jesus because he love me first my desire is to serve with all my heart. this is Gods will that he gives us a free will so that we can love and serve him unconditionaly. Roman 10.2 For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge. 3 For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. You must accept that is all by His righteousness we are saved. God wants your heart (free will) not your good works(must do list). Yes he give us instructions how to serve, so that we know what pleases Him. Living to serve God free willingly is a joy, this is why I believe once saved allways saved. God bless you all.

Our teacher should be the messiah not any one else, you first read what he taught and then compare it to everything else in the new testament only then you can understand what the writers really meant. messiah Yeshua did not at any point say anything remotely close to what you are describing Angel de Salvador, on the contrary he warned strongly against such a teaching as yours. God's 10 commandments are eternal, it is part of God, always was and always will be, God cannot simply cancel part of himself...

God's Character has always been love and faith. We were made in God's image, so that was also expected of us as well. Since man became evil and continued in self-centeredness instead of love; God made the law 430 years after Abraham. The law was a covenant (agreement) made with Israel which they broke and did not keep. Therefore God made a new covenant (agreement) to restore us through Christ back to love and Faith, but not keeping the law. The only rule/law/commandment that is placed in our heart (Romans 5:5) is the commandment Christ gave; to love as he did. And that is how we are measured to show if we have right standing with God or not: John 13:34-35 "A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another. 1John 4:7-8 "Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love."

No one can keep the law for when you break one you are guilty of all. While the law which is delivered thru Moses is holy, Grace is delivered through His Son, Jesus, therefore is definitely above the law. Romans 6:14-16,23 is about Leviticus 24:15-23.. We no longer condemn anyone to death ..which is ONE MANNER OF LAW. See John 8:1-15 ..Jesus is the gift/grace of God.. Eternal salvation through Christ Jesus. The Ten Commandments are written in the hearts of every believer. Revelation 12:17, 14:12. These are the saints those who KEEP THE COMMANDMENTS OF GOD AND THE TESTIMONY OR FAITH OF JESUS. YOU NEED BOTH... Mark 10:18-22. Jesus tells the rich man the Commandments ..the rich man said he observed all these things ..then Jesus beholding him loved him, and said unto him, one thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, take up the cross, and follow me.

Those of us that are believers in what Jesus did for us on the cross are under grace and no more under the law. Jesus said, by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. Galatians 2:21 I do not make void the grace of God, for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain. Keeping the law saves no one. Trusting in Jesus as our only savior saves us. Ephesians 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, when ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; (First Corinthians 15:1-4) in whom also after ye believed, ye were sealed with that Holy Spirit of promise. Hebrews 13:5 Says. The Spirit will never leave us or forsake us. We have eternal life given to every one that believeth on Jesus as the only way of salvation by grace Colossians 2:16 Let no man, therefore, judge you in food, or in drink, or of a feast day, or of a new moon, or of a Sabbath day. Jesus fulfilled the law for us and gave us His righteousness through his indwelling spirit. John 10:28 And I give unto them eternal life, and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. According to the bible if you do not have eternal life, you are not saved. John 3:36 Says, all believers have eternal life, and those that do not have eternal life, are under the wrath of God. Jesus gave me eternal life so that I can never be cast out. John 6:37 All that the Father giveth me, will come to me, and all that cometh to me, I will in no wise cast out. John 6:39 Jesus has never lost one. Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the FREE GIFT of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our lord. Salvation is a free gift of God when we believe the gospel.

The Gospel is given in First Corinthians 15:1-4 That Christ died for our sins, according to the scriptures, that He was buried and rose again on the third day, according to the scriptures. If you have ever believed it one time, you are saved and have eternal life given to you by the Holy Spirit of promise. Ephesians 1:13 and 4:30. Galatians 1:7-9 Though we or an angel from heaven preach any other gospel to you than that which we have preached unto you, let Him be accursed. As we said before, so say I again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let Him be accursed. First John 5:13 These things I have written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God, that ye may know ye have eternal life.

There is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end leads to death (Proverbs 14:12). And one way that seems right is thinking that keeping the Old law would be good, but in fact it is very deadly and will cause you to fall from Grace (Galatians 4:21-5:6). We are to live by Faith (Hebrews 10:38) but the Law is not of Faith (Galatians 3:12) and voids Faith (Romans 4:13-14). The strength of sin is by the law (1 Corinthians 15:56) Therefore we are to serve in newness of Spirit, but no longer by the Old covenant law (Romans 7:4-6). The Spirit gives life, but the Old law kills and condemns (2 Corinthians 3:6-17).
@fredwlcteam42647 жыл бұрын
John Edward You misunderstand Paul in many ways. If you look carefully at Yahushua's words you will find that BEFORE and AFTER the cross, He clearly commanded keeping of ALL His commandments / the whole law - including His Sabbath - AND IT IS 'HIDDEN' IN PLAIN SIGHT IN HIS FINAL GREAT COMMISSION! Yahushua is restoring all things [Matthew 17:11, Acts 3:21] and it is being revealed to help demolish Satan’s stronghold of deception [Isaiah 14:14, 2 Thes. 2:3-5, Mat. 24:24] regarding Yahuwah’s perfect, eternal law of love and liberty [Romans 13:10, James 1:25, 2:12]. We are certainly not saying that keeping the law can save anyone. We do not keep the law TO BE saved, rather BECAUSE we ARE saved. Our LOVE for Yahushua and one another brings us into full obedience/compliance with the law - it is the fruit of salvation. If you do not bear the same fruit, you are simply not a part of the true vine - Yahushua said the SAME LAW was in force AFTER He died and it was for both Israel and all nations. BEFORE the cross - ………….but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments. Matthew 19:17 Then spake YAHUSHUA to the multitude, and to his disciples, Saying The scribes and the Pharisees sit in [Moses' seat:] All therefore whatsoever […..He Moses] they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not. The better rendition should read - ‘all therefore whatsoever [he / Moses] bid you observe, that observe and do. Matthew 23:1 Note: MOSES' SEAT and its ALL WHATSOEVER - MUST include the ORIGINAL 7th DAY SABBATH and ALL the Feasts etc! AFTER THE CROSS Yahushua said - Go ye therefore, and teach ALL NATIONS, baptizing them in [……my name Yahushua] : Teaching them to observe ALL things WHATSOEVER I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amein. Mat. 28:19,20 Note - He uses the very same words - ALL WHATSOEVER in BOTH COMMANDS - BEFORE and AFTER the cross - meaning that ALL WHATSOEVER in MOSES’ SEAT - which MUST INCLUDE the original 7th day Sabbath and All the Feasts etc, MUST now be taught to ALL NATIONS - JEWS and GENTILES alike! It is understood that Moses’ seat represents the whole law - and that of course ONLY the sacrifices and oblations ceased at the cross - as was foretold by Daniel 9:27. Consequently, ALL New Testament references to 'the law' must be understood / interpreted in light of the above, which are not just suggestions, but COMMANDS directly from YAHUSHUA Himself. It follows then, that anything which Paul or any other Apostle wrote [including Col. 2] or practiced regarding the 7th day Sabbath & LAW, MUST BE IN KEEPING WITH YAHUSHUA’S COMMANDS - in HIS GREAT COMMISSION! John 15 10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love. please see also - www.worldslastchance.com/law-/all-ten-commandments-are-found-in-the-new-testament.html www.worldslastchance.com/biblical-christian-beliefs/the-love-covenants.html www.worldslastchance.com/winds-of-doctrine/paul-false-prophet-or-true-apostle.html www.worldslastchance.com/difficult-bible-verses www.worldslastchance.com/difficult-bible-verses/galatians-49-10.html www.worldslastchance.com/difficult-bible-verses/what-are-the-days-referred-to-in-romans-145-6.html www.worldslastchance.com/difficult-bible-verses/colossians-216.html

Fred WLCTeam, Sorry, but you are misunderstanding many scriptures. First of all, in Matt 19:17 the rich young ruler kept the Commandments, BUT yet was still found lacking. Christ taught that it is Love that fulfills the law (Luke 10:25-28) but not the deeds of the law; For Christ said, that the priests "PROFANE" the Sabbath and yet are innocent. It is mercy/Grace that God wants but not sacrifice through the law (Matt 12:5-7). Secondly, Christ taught bearing fruit of the Spirit for salvation (Matt 7:16-20) which can only be done through Him (John 15:5). Bearing fruit of the Spirit is synonyms with "HIS COMMANDMENTS" which is to believe/faith (John 3:16) and Love (John 13:34, 1John 3:23). Christ said that unless your righteousness exceeds that of the pharisees you cannot inherit eternal life (Matt 5:20). To which He then proceeds to teach the Spirit of the law rather than the letter of the law; for you have heard not to commit murder and adultery (Old covenant letter of the law) but if you have hate and lust you are guilty (Law of the Spirit/Christ). Therefore, it is bearing fruit of the Spirit which gives life, but the letter of the law is only a ministration of death that kills and condemns (2 Cor 3:6-17): "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law." Gal 5:22-23 Third, Your interpretation of Daniel 9:27 is wrong. That is speaking of the anti-christ who will setup his own covenant/agreement to which the sacrifices will be for him. Unfortunately those who don't believe that the Messiah already came will be tricked into thinking that the anti-christ is the real Messiah. Then during the tribulation period the anti-christ will cease sacrifices and setup the abomination that causes desolation. That alone proves this couldn't be speaking of Christ; why would Christ setup an abomination which causes desolation? Last but not least. Don't forget that the apostles opposed circumcision AND the Law of Moses in Acts 15:5-29. They said it was a yoke that they nor their fathers could bear, and that the new converts had salvation through Faith. The apostles then proceeded to give the converts only 4 instructions for the sake of the weak conscience of the Jews they lived around, but not for means of salvation. Paul said that he could eat foods sacrificed to idols as long as it didn't cause someone with a weak Faith to stumble (1 Cor 8). And the reason the apostles taught the converts about sexual immorality is because Christ changed the Law of Moses on divorce (Matt 19:7-9). The converts had to learn that it is now a sin to marry someone who is divorced, which wasn't the case under the Law of Moses. That is why the apostles were worried about the new converts being exposed to the reading of Moses, but not for it; and this is why: "But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart." 2 Cor 3:15

Circumcise ? yes - in heart and physically. [Paul? / the Jerusalem council / James etc. did not forget, they included ALL that Moses taught in their deliberations - the Gentiles were simply to be allowed to learn the whole law and be subjected to it over time because they were 'babes' in the new faith. read the WHOLE account of what transpired. www.worldslastchance.com/difficult-bible-verses/acts-15-28-29-the-gentile-shortlist.html

For the saving Gift of Elohim has appeared to all men, *instructing us to renounce wickedness and worldly lusts*, and to live *sensibly, righteously, and reverently in the present age,* looking for the blessed expectation and esteemed appearance of the great Elohim and our Saviour יהושע Messiah, who gave Himself for us, *to redeem us from all lawlessness and to cleanse for Himself a people, his own possession, ardent for good works.* Titos (Titus) 2:11-14 TS2009

Where's the list of commandments?

Wesley Thiessen this is the only commandment we need to follow to be saved John 6 29 Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.

The 1st the initial sin of ALL TIME is focusing on the LAW. The "knowledge of good and evil." The 10 commandments and all the other laws were for fallen people, but WE! Who are ALIVE in Christ, resist the devil, don't pay any attention to what right and wrong anymore, but commune with God, and we eat of the Tree of Life, which is Jesus the bread of life, the way the truth and the life.

Our Savior said very clearly that we are to be "in him". That means we are to be like him, or use him as an example to live by. Our Savior obeyed our Heavenly Father's commandments, all of them. If he didn't, he would have sinned. So we are to do our best to obey all his Heavenly Father's commandments to the best of our ability. If we fail without intentionally failing, then we are forgiven because of what our Savior has done. That is what is meant by Grace. We are not to hold others accountable for their sins nor are we to hold ourselves accountable for our own sins either, even the new ones. Our focus in our life is do the best we can, call on our Heavenly Father for wisdom and direction, and always remember to cherish what our Savior has done for us by doing as our Savior said. We do this and our Savior will know who we are when the time comes. If our Savior doesn't know who we are then our Heavenly Father will not know who we are. That is what is meant by "no one can come to the Father except through me". Many will know who our Savior is. Many will do great works in his name. Yet our Savior will say he doesn't know them when the end times comes. That is because they really didn't know him like they think they did. Humble yourself and focus on your situation and forgive those around you for whatever they do.
@markpettit59196 жыл бұрын
And yes, learn the meaning behind the laws by asking our Heavenly Father to give you wisdom on that. One is know by the fruits they produce (i.e. works they perform). That is why its important that you must know who our Savior is by studying what his works are and why they were done and asking our Heavenly Father for insight into this.

Grace is no more grace if you add works (romans 11:6) and we know this by Ephesians 2:8-9

The work to salvation is finished by Jesus, now we have a race to run. Our focus must be on Jesus, not on our sins, running with Jesus will help you from your sins.

Charles Pieters You can read 2 chapters John 3 and 6. do not read one verse but the whole context. I believe that works proves that the faith is genuine. When you get saved you will have works because you feel you as a homeless has found a soup kitchen and want other to get it to. You have fallen into the trap of believing that our own works and our own striving are necessary and meritorious towards our own salvation. Do you believe that God has saved you? Or do you believe that God has only made us savable and now it's our job to stay saved? We can run up hill to try and reach God for as long as we want, we will never make it. All our running, all our striving and all our work to reach God is filthy in His sight. Poul said "I AM the biggest sinner" and this was after he got saved. The difference was now he was a saved sinner. Romans 3:23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. 24 But they are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus. 2 Cor 5:21 God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God. Ephesians 2.8-10 is this beautiful balance of grace through faith but works. Good works that God prepared beforehand so we may do them. When you are saved you are a changed person you got the Holy Spirit in you, you are born from above, you are a child of God. When we speak of faith we speak of our trusting in the trustworthiness of God or our loyalty to his supreme loyalty to us, we must remember that faith is not an act it is a response, it is already engendered by God.

I read the Word of God, I got the statement from Jesus on the Cross when He said it is FINISHED and Hebrews 12:1 and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, 2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of [our] faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. Romans 7:5 For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death. 6 But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held ; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not [in] the oldness of the letter. I follow the apostles’ doctrine osas does not stand in The Holy Bible, but I believe when Jesus is saying I WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU OR FORSAKE YOU. John 6:37 because I drank His Water og ate His bread when I got born again and received everlastin life (Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved . 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the scripture saith , Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. 12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. 13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.) John 4 13 Jesus replied, “Everyone who drinks some of this water will be thirsty again. 14 But whoever drinks some of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again, but the water that I will give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up to eternal life.” John 6:51 I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world. Colossians 3:3 For ye are dead and your life is hidden with Christ in God. Colossians 2:13 We have been forgiven all trespasses. Being disqualified from the race it is humiliating and losing the opportunity to win the rewards which all will get that have completed the race. It is very clear in the Bible that we are born from above as God´s children, sealed by the Holy Spirit and our lives are covered by the righteousness of Christ. Romans 8:34 Jesus Christ is God’s appointed judge who will condemn the unrighteous (see also Acts 17:31), but He will not condemn the elect. Paul cited four reasons. First, He died for us and thereby removed our guilt. Second, He arose from the dead and is therefore able to give life to those who trust Him (see also John 11:25; 14:19). Third, He has ascended to the position of supreme authority in heaven where He represents us (v. 29). Fourth, He presently intercedes to the Father for our welfare (Heb. 4:14-16; 7:25; cf. Rom. 8:26). 8:35 Present trials and sufferings are no indication that God has withdrawn His love from us. Even though the Father allowed His Son to suffer, He did not stop loving Him. The Father deals with His adopted sons as He dealt with His unique Son (cf. John 16:33). Paul suggested seven things, in increasing intensity, that a believer might experience-and Paul experienced them all (2 Cor. 11:23-28)-that some might think could come between a believer and Christ’s love. 8:36 Suffering has always been the portion of the righteous (Ps. 44:22). The sufferings in view are the consequence of our identification with Christ (cf. Acts 5:41; 1 Pet. 2:21-25; 4:14-19). 8:37-39 express very eloquently the impregnability of our position as believers. “In all these things” is possibly the translation of a Hebraism meaning “despite all these things.” The Greek word hypernikomen suggests “hyper-conquerors.” Our victory is sure! The Cross is the great proof of God’s love for us, and it is the basis for our victory. It proves that God is for us (v. 31). 8:38 God will continue to love us when we die, and He will continue to love us whatever may befall us now. He loves us on both sides of the grave. Helpful or hostile angelic beings cannot change God’s commitment to us. Nothing that the present or future may hold can do so either. No force of any kind can remove us from His loving care. Paul listed the extremities of existence in this verse and the next. 8:39 Space cannot separate us from His loving care either. Finally nothing in all creation can drive a wedge between the loving God and His redeemed people. That must include the behavior and belief of His own children as well. Not even the redeemed can remove themselves from God’s love, which Christ Jesus has secured for them! Someone might contend that even though God will never stop loving us He may withdraw salvation from us if we do not keep loving and obeying Him (cf. Jude 21). However such a statement reflects failure to appreciate the full significance of God’s love for the believer. His love involves a commitment to finish the good work that He has begun in us. God has revealed all of Romans 6-8 to help us appreciate this fact. Furthermore the nature of our salvation argues against this view. Salvation is a gracious work of God for us. Our good works did not earn us salvation, and our bad works cannot take it from us. The fact that we have responsibilities in our progressive sanctification does not mean we have to keep ourselves saved. Our sanctification is only a small part of our total salvation. Sinful behavior cannot separate a believer from his salvation any more than sinful conduct can separate a beloved child from his relationship to his loving father. Yes the Lord said I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts; and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people, this is the reason we do not sin, not so that we can keep our self saved from everlasting fire but so that we can please our God. I do believe that once I am saved that I have eternal life. Are you saved. If you repent and do not change and make the same sin over and over again, are you saved. Do you get saved one time in a lifetime or lets say 365*80*3= 87.600 times in a lifetime? how many times in a day will Jesus and The Father let go of your hand and have many times in a day will you lose the sealing of The Holy Spirit in you? The horror that you could enter eternity and find yourself in hell instead of heaven may be-as it is for many Christians-your greatest fear. How does this make you fruitfull. I would be disabled, crippled, handicapped, incapacitated, paralytic, powerless, immobilized all you will get to do all day is repent all sin in your life, is this why there are so many "death" churches around. Your focus will be on your sins, do not focus on your sins anymore let your focus by on Jesus and his work. Romans 10:2. For Christ [is] the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth. Galations 3: 11 But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, [it is] evident: for, The just shall live by faith. 12 And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.14 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written , Cursed [is] every one that hangeth on a tree: To walk in the Spirit is to live moment by moment in dependency upon Him, sensitive to His voice and in obedience to Him. Do not resist God's grace, if you are saved live in God´s grace. God loves you and will nourish you so that you will blossem and bear fruit. Your purpose in this earth is to bear fruit. It’s to abide in Christ and bear fruit. As far as God is concerned, there’s no reason for you to live on the earth, except to bear fruit. If you’re not fruitful, you are useless to Him in this earth. He might as well just take you to heaven right now. Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: [it is] the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast . 10 For we are his workmanship, CREATED IN CHRIST JESUS unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. 22:14 Blessed are those who do His commandments. His commandments must be these “For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation”. The preferred reading is “Blessed are those who wash their robes,” symbolizing those who have been forgiven of their sins-who have been washed by the blood of Jesus Christ. About HILL SONGS I have warned about if they do not know what is sin they do not have the Holy Spirit in them. You have only been picking those cherries which look good to you Hebrews 8:10 read further 11 And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying , Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest . 12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more. 13 In that he saith , A new [covenant], he hath made the first old . Now that which decayeth and waxeth old [is] ready to vanish away. And Hebrews 10:17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. 18 Now where remission of these [is, there is] no more offering for sin. 19 Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,20 By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say , his flesh; 21 And [having] an high priest over the house of God; 22 Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. 23 Let us hold fast the profession of [our] faith without wavering; (for he [is] faithful that promised

Charles Pieters I love God's law my desire is to keep it as John 14:21 says, but what has Rev 14:12 to do in our study here please explain I look forward to see your red flags.
@jacobsenh73836 жыл бұрын
You say: Rev.14:12, which is the same as in Rev.12:17. Those ppl are all "believers" fighting each other. 1Thessalonians 4:18 the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 Then we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we shall always be with the Lord. The rapture has been so we “believers” will not be there, we are taken to Heaven to rest in the beginning of the trebulation and Jesus comes down at the end of the trebulation with His Saints ”us believers”. This trebulation is often called “The time of Jacob's trouble” Jer 30:7 Alas, what a terrible time of trouble it is! There has never been any like it.It is a time of trouble for the descendants of Jacob,but some of them will be rescued out of it. In the book of Revelation the church is only mentioned in the first 3 chapter og the last chapters. The rest is talking about the gentiles and the jews. You say “You are serving 2 masters by hiding the "works" which must be a witness to your faith. [faith without works is dead], I am not hiding the works I said works proves that the faith is genuine. You say “because you are "deleting" the awareness of sin. Our conscience must ring the bell before we sin, because the law is the light”. I said Hebrews 10:22 Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. When we have the Holy Spirit it makes us aware of sin in our lifes. When we see us cleansed by the blood of Jesus, we work harder than any others. The born again is in Jesus Ephesians1:13 In Him, you also, after listening to the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation-having also believed, you were sealed in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise, 14 who is given as a pledge of our inheritance, with a view to the redemption of God's own possession, to the praise of His glory. Romans 3:31 Do we then nullify the Law through faith? May it never be! On the contrary, we establish the Law. Romans 6:15 What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? Absolutely not! There is no condemnation for the believer. However, a believer who sins must give account to God at the Judgment Seat of Christ someday (2.Corinthians 5:10) In 1. Corinthians 5:1-5 we read about a christian man , a member of the church of Corinth, who was living in open fornication in the church. He was carnal and the church was also carnal(1. Corinthians 3:1) 1. Corinthians 5:5 turn this man over to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, so that his spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord. He was saved and DIDN´T lose his salvation. Why? Because he was a child of God and God chastised his child. He was saved and sealed by the Holy Spirit. Ephesians 1:13 And when you heard the word of truth (the gospel of your salvation) - when you believed in Christ - you were marked with the seal of the promised Holy Spirit, 14 who is the down payment of our inheritance, until the redemption of God’s own possession, to the praise of his glory.

In listening to these words, and having them deeply touch my soul, suddenly my life flashed before me, and something jumped out by the Holy Spirit I do believe, and I remembered having gotten married at the age of 18, now 52 years ago! As having had 52 years to do deep thought upon many things which are important that life becomes happier, rather than as suicide shows in life, is the answer for some, to a life composed of learning little to nothing of a positive nature as it passes by. At 18, my pregnant girlfriend likely on the inside, was ignorant of the concept of selfless love. Selfish love is ubiquitous these days, but 52 years ago, as the Beatles and the last day deceptions were well underway in the West, free sex was rampant, and new music styles and drugs were being used, all of these causing a departure of the conscience from the mind, such that FEELINGS had become the new manner of life! Consequently, although I'd wanted to do THE RIGHT thing when I found out my girlfriend was pregnant, I did that which I THOUGHT was the right thing, but not having the essence of good within me, I was really only walking "through the motions of love and marriage; goes together like a horse and carriage . . ." as were the words of a song possibly two to three decades even before those days! There was no true understanding of selfless love within either of us, and we knew it not, because there is but one way TO know: the Holy Spirit of Messiah Yahushua must abide within, such that we have "the mind of Messiah" (See 1Corinthians 2: 14 - 16, KJV). Without the mind of Messiah leading out the new life, that which is SAID to be love, is in truth: "selfish love," and is thus moved by one's own emotions, which in those days were so very unstable, who could truly PLAN the results of a night of lust, into a successful marriage? As my selfish life began to become chaotic by my musical career which was bound to occur as I had been found to have musical talent for drums and vocal arrangements as a child, I sought to move into an area that at the time was explosive with females becoming lovers of exploring the lives of musicians as intimately as possible! Thus began great wrestling matches with my limited conscience, until finally, with a loving wife who too knew not Elohim - Father and Son - thus truly knew NOT, even as I, TRUE love, sadly my emotions opened the door for many women to become my intimate friends. I did not feel for them as I felt for my wife, but knowing not the Word of the Creators taught: "15 Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Messiah? shall I then take the members of Messiah, and make them the members of an harlot? Elohim forbid. 16: What? know ye not that HE WHICH IS JOINED TO AN HARLOT IS ONE BODY? FOR TWO, SAITH HE, SHALL BE ONE FLESH. 17: But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit [Having the mind of Messiah (See 1Corinthians 2: 14 - 16; Colossians 1: 27; 3: 3, KJV)]. 18: FLEE FORNICATION. EVERY SIN THAT A MAN DOE[S] IS WITHOUT THE BODY; BUT HE THAT COMMIT[S] FORNICATION SIN[S] AGAINST HIS OWN BODY" (1Corinthians 6: 15 - 18, KJV, emphasis & Name changes, & inserts in brackets, mine). Had I known these things, I never would have chosen to be a slave to sexual practices with my THEN wife, and thus, I would not have gotten married for this reason; however, at 13, with an older woman, I had sadly become acquainted with the ways of the world, and could never quite get ANYTHING right, until I was changed by a conversion experience by the word of Elohim, twelve years later, at the age of 25. In all truth dear friends and family, I have left that OLD MAN behind me, for having been introduced to the Messiah in 1974, I have walked for 45 years now with Yahuwah Eloah Almighty in His Son Yahushua, and have learned over 45½ years, how to love in a selfless manner, although I have made many mistakes while growing toward the death of the self completely! The death of the "old man" takes time; however, we must NEVER believe the old man cannot be completely destroyed, for this is what Messiah indwelling us desires the most! Only when Messiah has full inner control of the Body Temple, can we see the words of Ephesians 4: 11 - 16 truly fulfilled in the world! During my slow growth however, I was blessed enough in my Bible studies, to recognize very early in my walk IN THE WAY ETERNAL, walking in sin/breaking the law of Elohim, has nothing to do with true righteousness! One of the great lies of the evil one, Haylale the devil, is that so long as we say we are Christians, the Son is completing all that's needed, that we may attain unto eternal life! This is a deep deception indeed! As my becoming AT ONE with other females throughout early life grew to sadly larger numbers, I began to take upon myself the worst emotional and spiritual aspects of all I had become one with! As noted above in 1Corinthians Chapter 6, with each new partner, I was sinning more against myself and my own body, for we were sharing our sinful natures with one another in becoming one in evil, thus Haylale was making us both, ever more spiritually confused, as all were becoming one with one another: absolutely chaotic, and this was the manner of the 1960s and 70s, surely!! The Spiritual World has a left hand and a right hand, my friends, and those who go to the left hand of small "c" christianty: i.e. walking in sin as we confess we are believers, allowing sin's continual companionship, we walk in spiritual confusion; however, all who walk in the Right Hand have the mind of Messiah, and these, live even as Messiah lived, for He is their Example of how to live (See 1Peter 2: 21, KJV). All 10 Commandments of the Decalogue, will be obeyed by the indwelling mind of Yahushua, and from Holy Days, Sabbaths and New Moons, unto all 9 other commandments will be obeyed by those who shall have the Doors of Eternity opened unto them in the future! There is great joy and peace with those who walk in the Spirit, and fulfill not the lusts of the flesh; while those who are double minded, are always filled with sadness and confusion. However, our Elohim are faithful, and if we ask, believing our questions will indeed be answered, we will find a great PEACE, even in these days of growing troublous times! HalleluYah, awmayne!

The law of God and the law of Moses is two separate laws. I ask if u recall Christ ever having to sacrifice an animal or have to cleanse himself for religious purpose. The ten commandments was kept by Christ perfectly. It was only when the israelites committed sin that the mosaic law was given, the law meant to cleanse them. Tne ten commandments were spoken by God from Mt Sinai and they were kept within the ark of the covenant But the mosaic law was spoken by God to Moses which he repeated them to Israel and he was to keep them in a pouch on the outside of the ark to be held against them.

You Subject: What does it really mean to serve in the newness of the Spirit and not in the oldness of the letter, Adam and Eve only broke one commandment and they lost the Holy Spirit and set the whole human race on the path of Death. When we come to Jesus as sinners we come for the forgiveness of our sins. Peter asked the Lord, ‘how often shall I forgive my brother?’ Peter replied ‘seven times’. Jesus said ‘seventy times seven’. God has made provision for forgiveness up to 490 times. This could be interpreted as a continuous tense of forgiveness of sins. The Christian does not deliberately sin but the devil can trip people up. Paul said I do not consider myself perfect i.e. falling short of perfection is short of the perfection required by the law. Peter walked with Jesus for three years, even having eye to eye contact with Jesus, but when the time came he denied his lord. After Pentecost, he received the power of the Holy Spirit and even raised the dead. Up to 14-15 years later at Galatia Peter came to Antioch. Paul withstood him to his face. Peter thought he was more righteous than the gentiles and sided with Jews. Peter had acted hypocritically. Even Barnabas got mixed in the hypocrisy Read the account carefully in Galatian 2:11-18. These verses tell us how we are saved. 1 John 1:10 says “If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar”. The debate over the law of God can go on for a long time. God’s law to Adam and Eve had all the authority of the law against murder, adultery and lying as found in the covenant of Sinai. In the garden of Eden, one act of disobedience ruined Adam, Eve and the whole human race. From then no one could ever keep the law well enough to be saved. This is taught both in the Old Testament and in the New Testament. God then writes the principals of his law in our hearts by the new covenant. Heb. 8:7-13 Why is it that principles of the law are written in our hearts and not letter of the law. The old covenant of Sinai is found in Deut. 9:9-11 and Exodus 20. It says ‘Do not commit adultery’, and the new covenant says,‘do not even lust’. The old covenant says ‘do not kill’ and the new covenant says ‘thou shalt not even hate’. The old covenant says to keep the Sabbath from sunset to sunset. The new covenant says you have continuous Sabbath rest from sin every day. As opposed to just one day or weekly Sabbath, from sunset to sunset. (Sabbath means rest). The First Steps into salvation happens when the Lord quickens us from our dead state in sin that Adam and Eve gave us. The Holy Spirit of love is then poured into our hearts by the Holy Spirit so we do not have commit lust, hate and we have a continuous Sabbath rest from sin. In reality, those who follow and live by the Spirit will go further in obedience than just the letter of the requirements of not killing and not stealing and so on. God has broken the power of sin in us. He did this because of his great love act he performed on the cross. Jesus, through his death, resurrection, and life of 100% obedience to the father he gives to us freely. Now we have the fruits of spirit, love, joy, peace, long-suffering. Eph. 2:4-9. The merciful Christ is speaking to our hearts through the New Testament. In 2 Cor. 3:7,11 are the continuous links. verse 7 but if the ministry of Death, WRITTEN and engraved on STONES WAS GLORIOUS. verse 11 answers verse 7 For if what is PASSING AWAY WAS GLORIOUS (passing away was written and engraved on STONES. i.e. the ten commandments. There is no escaping this, as hard as it is for some to swallow. What remains is much more glorious. This is the Gospel. John1:17 The Ten Commandments were given THROUGH Moses but grace and TRUTH came by Jesus Christ. On the Mt of Transfiguration, there appeared Elijah and Moses with Christ in the centre. The scene finishers, Elijah represents those Jesus will resurrect without seeing death, and saved will be those like Moses who will come out of the graves. Who makes this possible? Jesus through his GLORIOUS GOSPEL and only Jesus who is the Resurrection and the Life did it at the cross when he said it is complete. Period. He alone remained standing in the scene. He alone trod the wine press of God when all forsook him Isa. 53: Jesus said I will take away your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. What comes to the believer upon conversion? Christ comes as the living epistle. He comes to the believer's heart in the new covenant of his blood through the spirit of redemption, releasing us from the condemnation of the law. Christ is the end of the law with regards to salvation, since only he kept it without sin.He declares us righteous as though we have not sinned Christ’s love constrains us to live lives of His mercy, purity, and holiness, we walk in the newness of life. Rom 7:6 (appeals to us)but now you been delivered from the law, having died to what we were held by(Held by the curse of the law requiring our death for our transgression) so that we should serve in the newness of the Spirit( a new Spirit the gospel brings in the New Covenant) not in the oldness of the letter engraved on tablets of stone Old covenant. Paul said that where there is the gospel and Christ, there is liberty. Consequently, we are governed by his spirit and not by the letter, for the letter kills but the spirit gives life. In order to answer this question properly you have to understand how grace operates. Titus 2:11-12 KJVS [11] For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, [12] Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; By grace we are taught/chastised/disciplined by God to eradicate sin in our lives. Read chapter 12 in Hebrews. We are also justified by the frequent washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Ghost. Titus 3:4-7 KJVS [4] But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, [5] Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; [6] Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour; [7] That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life. As you see, God does the work rather than the man himself Galatians 5:4 KJVS [4] Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace. www.justifiedfreely.com

I believe salvation produces good works and obedience, not the other way around. If someone loves Jesus, why would they not want to do what He says? As far as sin goes, we all sin sometimes because we're human, but don't willfully practice sin and say it's OK. "My dear children, these things I write to you so that you may not sin. But if anybody does sin, we have an advocate with the Father - Jesus Christ, the righteous." (1 John 2:1). Jesus is truly great!!

Grace has been undersold. What I get from Paul is that grace is yes forgiveness but if you look again you see that grace is overcoming power to not sin. So if that is true, then what IS grace? How is it manifested to us so we can overcome sin. You see the gospel is in parts. One part is forgiveness, the other is the ability to overcome sin. Yes the law is still and was and will always be a transcript of God's character and standard of His government. The problem lies in who does the "works" law keeping. Us or God. When God is able and we let Him do the works in us we can and will keep the law perfectly. When we do it in our strength, like Abraham's attempt in having a child, that's when we step over from "Grace" to the expression that Paul uses "Works of the Law."

@Renrens-LionessofJudah7 жыл бұрын
where is it written that the whole law was done away with. the oblations refers to the judgment of the law, it deals with the attoinment for the transgression of sin. Paul spoke about the law of sin and death.that what was done away with as well as the law sacrifice as Christ is the final sacrifice. this is where grace comes in- giving us an opportunity or a period to repent or turn away from sin. Sin is the transgression of the torah/law/instrustions. In the days of Noah, there were grace but the wicked refused to turn away from their sins and they were taken away in the flood. the bible dictionary refers to the fulfill as to establish, fully obey or to teach. Christ came to teach us how to obey the law. Christ was faultless/ righteous because he kept all the commandments of the father and so did the disciples. We are to walk as he did. is like saying Christ said i have not come to abolish the law but to do away with it. consider the verse after- not one jot or tither shall be removed until ALL forefilled etc. Christ has not returned yet and heaven and earth is still here. Peter warned us about Pauls writing being hard to be understood. Be careful. I pray this blesses you as we should be out brothers keepers. Shalom.

The Son was without sin. Hebrews 4:15 Therefore he fulfilled the Word aka the Law and the Prophets. How does one fulfill the Law? One follows the Law. He does not transgress, hence, doesn't sin. The Son is the "Word in the flesh" because he lived the Law & the Prophets.

And, we are saved by grace, yes, but that grace will not cover unrepentant sin. Being saved by grace means we are forgiven of our past sinful ways, but then we walk in the light of the narrow road in Jesus footsteps to continue under that grace. It is in no way earning salvation by works, but that salvation produces in us love for God and His laws, and so we walk as children of obedience.

What are the laws and commandments written on your heart not by the letter or in stone in the New Testament.
@fredwlcteam42642 ай бұрын
IN THE NEW TESTAMENT - BEFORE the cross - Matthew 22:37-40 37 Yahushua said unto him, Thou shalt love Yahuwah with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. (Mat.23: 2,3). YAHUSHUA said to the MULTITUDE and to His DISCIPLES - 'The scribes and the Pharisees sit in MOSES' SEAT: ALL therefore WHATSOEVER they bid you OBSERVE, that DO -' “MOSES' SEAT” comprises ALL Laws and rules of the TORAH [Genesis to Deuteronomy] including the annual Feasts and the original 7th day Sabbath commandment which was written in stone by the finger of the Creator at Mt. Sinai - and here now written in the heart by His spirit.. [2 Corinthians 3:3] AFTER the cross - (Mat.28 :19, 20). 'Go and teach ALL NATIONS (Jew and GENTILE alike) --- teaching them to observe ALL things WHATSOEVER I have commanded you' NOTE His identical words - ALL WHATSOEVER - in both commands. TO ALL WHO CLAIM THAT THE LAW WAS NAILED TO THE CROSS - NOTE VERY CAREFULLY His identical words “ALL WHATSOEVER” in both commands - before and especially AFTER the cross! It is therefore incumbent upon all true believers today to prayerfully seek Yahuwah’s direction and wisdom as to how to observe and obey everything in TORAH - with the exception only of the sacrifices and oblations, [see Daniel 9:27]. Daniel prophesied that ONLY the sacrifices and oblations would be terminated when Yahushua became OUR perfect sacrifice and High Priest - ‘And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate’. Daniel 9:27. Yahushua confirmed His fulfillment of this prophesy when He said - ‘For this is my blood of the new testament [covenant], which is shed for many for the remission of sins’. Matthew 26:28 Everything that Paul or anyone else wrote MUST be understood as being in keeping with this last command of Yahushua! All true believers will continue doing so - "Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city." (Revelation 22:14) and ALL flesh will continue to do so for eternity - see Isaiah 66:22,23. SPECIAL NOTE: The Annual Feasts were tied directly to the Temple in Jerusalem. They could not be observed without the sacrificial rituals performed by the Levitical priesthood. With the temple destroyed in 70 A.D., the feasts' observance is now an opportunity to pause and dwell on the spiritual lessons behind events memorialized by the Annual Feasts. These feasts were part of the Old Covenant، which the New Covenant has now supplanted. The presence of the Temple and the levitical priesthood made the observance of the feasts a compulsory requirement for the Israelites under the Old Covenant. With the latter two done away, the mandatory enforcement of the feasts has also vanished. This is why we say it has become voluntary observance. Hebrews 7:12 and 8:13 shed light on this matter. The texts and links below provide some food for thought. www.worldslastchance.com/yahuwahs-calendar/can-you-keep-the-festivals-outside-of-jerusalem-and-the-temple.html www.worldslastchance.com/bible-prophecy/the-importance-of-ad-70.html EXCERPTS When the Temple was destroyed, the sacrificial and priestly system of the Old Testament forever disappeared. It was the end of the age of the Old Covenant. To the Jews, it was the end of the world, as they had known it for over 1500 years. www.worldslastchance.com/biblical-christian-beliefs/the-coming-again-of-yahushua-in-john-14.html

Guard Thy Commandments good question. I understand sin, iniquity and transgression as 3 different types of "sin". Sin being an offence against God or falling short of perfection, transgression is not following the law and iniquity is acting in hypocrisy. There is no "law" in place except the Royal Law, which is actually the same as how you would define sin. So in regard to being born again, a person just needs to know that they have not lived perfectly like Jesus did

Galatians 4:21 Tell me, you who want to be under the law, do you not understand the law? 22 For it is written that Abraham had two sons, one by the slave woman and the other by the free woman. 23 But one, the son by the slave woman, was born by natural descent, while the other, the son by the free woman, was born through the promise. 24 These things may be treated as an allegory, for these women represent two covenants. One is from Mount Sinai bearing children for slavery; this is Hagar. 25 Now Hagar represents Mount Sinai in Arabia and corresponds to the present Jerusalem, for she is in slavery with her children. 26 But the Jerusalem above is free, and she is our mother. 27 For it is written: “Rejoice, O barren woman who does not bear children; break forth and shout, you who have no birth pains, because the children of the desolate woman are more numerous than those of the woman who has a husband.” 28 But you, brothers and sisters, are children of the promise like Isaac. 29 But just as at that time the one born by natural descent persecuted the one born according to the Spirit, so it is now. 30 But what does the scripture say? “Throw out the slave woman and her son, for the son of the slave woman will not share the inheritance with the son” of the free woman. 31 Therefore, brothers and sisters, we are not children of the slave woman but of the free woman. John clearly defines the commandments that he abides by in the first epistle he wrote. He explicitly defines the commandments that are relevant to the believer in 1 John 3:23, 1 John 4:21. Go back and read the second chapter of that epistle. Then read Galatians 5:14. You may begin to understand that the law of Moses is simply a short-list of the real law...the law of love. Focus on loving your brother instead of focusing on the enumerated Yoke.
@fredwlcteam42644 жыл бұрын
@ M W what you seem to misunderstand is that we do not keep the law TO BE saved, rather, BECAUSE we are saved. John's gives the definition of LOVE as these - 1 John 5:2 By this we know that we love the children of Yahuwah, when we love Yahuwah, and keep his commandments. 1 John 5:3 For this is the love of Yahuwah, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.

Other than the 10 commandments, dietary laws, feast days, they throw basically everything else included in the law out. And the feast days they keep aren't anything like they are kept in the bible, so they take bits and pieces of the feast days and celebrate them. For example they don't bring a sheaf of their first fruits to a priest, so he can wave it, they don't offer a lamb, they don't offer the grain offering which shall be two tenth deals of fine flour mingled with oil etc. Which means they are not keeping First Fruits.

Romans 11:6 It is all grace, not works, if it was by works, it would no longer be grace, and if by grace it is no more works. It can not be both. Works would cancel out grace. We can not add works to grace. Salvation is a free gift of God without works. Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace ye are saved, through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the Gift of God, not of works, lest any man should boast. Jesus paid it all and we paid 0. AMAZING GRACE Galatians 2:21 I do not void the grace of God, for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain. No law, no alienation, no grace. I think it's important to recognise the distinctive character of the Apostle Paul's message. From Romans chapters 4 & 5, Paul makes the focus of his "gospel" of salvation based upon "covenant promises" made to Abraham. It's a salvation "apart from law". Since the "promise" and the "free gift" came apart from law, then however else you look at it, the “free gift” came because of law (biblical salvation was only ever offered in the context of law). The imputation of law, no matter how subtle, creates a need--for grace intervention. Adam "sinned" because of his alienaiton in response to the single Command “You shall not eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil”. That alienation was removed as a legacy, once and for all time, through the blood of Christ.

The only way we can keep ourselves from sin, is to die (ourselves) to sin IN CHRIST JESUS. Christ has died physically, we die by faith in Him. Grace bestows life and power in the Spirit of God. The Law is a demand for righteousness. Grace is a ministration of God's righteousness to you when you believe. When we are children of God by Faith, the Law is fulfilled in us, not by us. Christ lives in us.

SIN Literally, a missing of the mark, according to the Hebrew and Greek Bible texts. God himself sets the "mark" that his intelligent creatures are to reach. Missing that mark is sin, which is also unrighteousness, or lawlessness. (Rom. 3:21; 1 John 5:17; 3:4) Sin is anything not in harmony with God's personality, standards, ways, and will, all of which are holy. It may involve wrong conduct, failure to do what should be done, ungodly speech, unclean thoughts, or desires or motives that are selfish. The Bible differentiates between inherited sin and willful sin, between an act of sin over which a person is repentant and the practice of sin.

W JESUS CHRIST IS A JEHOVAH'S WITNESS Even a Christian cannot brush aside the worship of Jehovah a God. In Revelation 1:5 the Son of God called himself "'Jesus Christ, 'The Faithful Witness.'" When on earth as a man he was a Jew, an Israelite, to whose nation the words of Isaiah 43:10 were written: "'You are my witnesses,' is the utterance of Jehovah, 'even my servant whom I have chosen.'" Jesus demonstrated that he was a faithful and true witness. His genuine disciples today must be the same kind of witnesses, Jehovah's. Those, not of the same faith as Christ Jesus, have placed themselves in Satan's camp.---Matt. 4:10.

Excuse me one more comment. This disagreement is about eternal salvation. In laymans terms how a person gets to heaven. This discussion is not about what one does after they have been saved. This distinction is where I believe the problem does exist. Entry and maintenance. Never once does it state in the scripture that a person once saved has to maintain a record of good deeds or they will loose their gift and return to being unsaved. It does not ever say that once you are saved you can be unsaved! Or how to loose your eternal salvation. How does one loose something that is eternal ? Not possible. Eternal means forever and ever. That's all I have to say. Thank you for being a good host. I mean this most would not have allowed this type of discussion. It's been my experience that people are afraid of discussion and like to exercise the delete option or block option. How are we to learn ? So I thank you for allowing this discussion to go unmolested.

Which one is correct? Answer: James is not saying that works alone save us. Paul is not saying that faith alone saves us. They are both saying that one without the other is dead. James shows us that faith without works is dead. Paul shows us that works without faith is dead. We need both. Kindly see the direct commands by Yahushua to ALL nations EVERYONE to keep ALL the commandments -www.worldslastchance.com/ecourses/lessons/bible-study-lessons-ecourse/9/the-great-commission.html www.worldslastchance.com/ecourses/lessons/bible-study-lessons-ecourse/7/twice-born.html We will take leave of you to study the details and pray that Yahuwah will lead you into His light.......

well then by your standard i am still going to heaven! see I was a christian for over 30 years. when I learned they were feeding me lies about the pre trib rapture I left that religion. I deny the trinity god. I also reject Paul. I keep the 10 commandments like the messiah said to do. So by your own words I am still saved.

You say the driver is under grace, but you said that he received mercy. Mercy and grace are completely different words

What is sin? Is it transgression of the Law. What is righteousness? If you are Righteous you are saved? What righteousness do we have as Believers and Can god take it from us?

Acts 15 debunks this video. We are not under the law of Moses, but we are not without law. There are many commandments for us in the New Testament that we are to obey. Read 1cor 14:37.

Hey Mr Tomka peace be wth you We are not under the Law Of Moses but the Law of Christ, To those who are without the law, like one without the law--though I am not without God's law but under the law of Christ--to win those without the law. (1 Cor 9:21) As you say there are many commandments we are given in the New Testament. Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son. (2 John 1:9) God bless you

Romans 11:6 It is all grace, not works, if it was by works, it would no longer be grace, and if by grace, it is no more work. Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the GIFT of God is eternal life, through Jesus Christ our Lord. The gospel. First Corinthians 15:1-4 That Christ died for our sins, according to the scriptures, that He was buried and rose again on the third day, according to the scriptures. When we believe that gospel we are sealed by the Holy Spirit unto the day of redemption. Ephesians 1:13 and 4:30. Born again, born of God. Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace ye are saved, through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the GIFT of God, NOT OF WORKS, lest any man should boast. Galatians 2:21 I do not void the grace of God, for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain. Jesus redeemed us from the curse of the law. John 3:18 Believers can never be condemned again, but unbelievers are condemned already because they have not believed on the name of the Son of God. You can not mix law/works with grace. If you add one work, it is no more grace but all works and no grace. Romans 3:28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith, apart from the deeds of the law. Salvation is a free GIFT from God to those who believe on His name plus nothing. No works. First John 5:13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God, that YE MAY KNOW YE HAVE ETERNAL LIFE. John 6:40 And this is the will of Him who sent me, that ALL that seeth the Son, and believeth on Him, may have everlasting life, and I will raise him up on the last day.

The Bible states clearly the plan of salvation and makes it abundantly clear how to be saved. What the Bible does not say is how to become unsaved or give a plan of unsalvation.

this is the commandments he saith kept.....Matthew 19:18-19 (KJV) 18 He saith unto him, Which? Jesus said, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, 19 Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

You are confusing the Ten Commandments and the Levitical law. The Levitical law has been done away with, nailed to the cross. The Ten Commandments still stand! You're taking scripture out of context.

Circumcision ? Shall Jewish Christians keep it as part of observing the Law ?
@fredwlcteam4264 Жыл бұрын
@Melchor Accibal circumcision remains to be observed by all true believers. kindly see - www.worldslastchance.com/winds-of-doctrine/paid-in-full.html All we have is a downpayment on the new covenant and while our priesthood has been 'initiated' our full role will not manifest until DURING the millennium in our resurrected bodies - Revelation 20:6 Blessed and holy is the one who has a part in the first resurrection; over these the second death has no power, but they will be priests of Yahuwah and of Christ and will reign with Him for a thousand years. kindly see also on our website - www.worldslastchance.com/winds-of-doctrine/what-was-nailed-to-the-cross-an-examination-of-colossians-2.html www.worldslastchance.com/ecourses/lessons/bible-study-lessons-ecourse/9/the-great-commission.html www.worldslastchance.com/biblical-christian-beliefs/5-reasons-christians-should-keep-torah.html

If we were under the curse of the law, then Christ has died in vain. Jesus said, by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. Romans 3:28 Therefore we conclude man is justified by faith, and not by the deeds of the law. The law can not save a sinner. The Law was given to condemn us to hell because we can not keep the law. The law shows us we are all sinners to bring us to Christ for salvation by grace. We all deserve to go to hell. We all break Gods laws. But Jesus too the punishment we deserve so that we could be saved through His finished work on the cross. And HE gives it to us as a free gift. Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, and we all sin, but the GIFT of God is eternal life, through Jesus Christ our Lord. John 6:40 And this is the will of Him who sent me, that all that seeth the Son, and believeth on Him, may have eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day. John 1:12 But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the children of God, even to them that believe on His name. First John 5:13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God, that ye may KNOW YE HAVE ETERNAL LIFE, John 3:18 Believers can no longer be condemned to hell. Unbelievers are condemned already because they have not believed on the name of the Son of God. First John 2:2 And He is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only, but for the sins of the whole world. But only those who believe He did it for us are us are saved and sealed by the Holy Spirit of promise. Born again, born of God. Ephesians 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; (First Corinthians 15:3-4) in whom also after ye believed, ye were sealed with that Holy Spirit of promise. Ephesians 4:30 And grieve not the Holy Spirit of promise in whom ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. Amazing grace, Jesus paid it all and we paid 0. it is free. Romans 11:6 Romans 4:5 and Romans 4:6:8 He imputes His righteousness to us, and will no more impute sin to our account. All we have to do is believe it to receive the free gift of eternal life. John 6:47 Verily, verily, I say unto you, he that believeth on me HATH ETERNA LIFE. JESUS SAID IT AND HE CAN NOT LIE. John 3:16.

The grace is being able to choose to come to God and obey and have him wipe out all the past sins we would otherwise be responsible for and afterbthe new covenant rebirth we sin no more because with God we beat out sin and Satan and we never let him into the new heart God granted us that is filled with his instructions for a righteous life sin free, spotless and blameless
