Hello Laura, Thank you for your video's x I am having a colonoscopy in 5 days and then a gastroscopy like yours, I won't have anesthesia either. I wanted to let you know that one of the very best things you can do instead of gaviscon is to buy some Organic KEFIR grains for water Kefir Shop.co.uk £10. you use them over and over and they grow, when you get them to make yourself water kefir and all those amazing little tiny angels will comfort and defend your irritated linings. You can get kefir for milk and I am using these at the moment but its too expensive to keep buying organic milk to make up my drink so I am going to the water kefir grains. I have turned my situation around realy quite quickly with this stuff and also if you are inflamed the very best thing before all these things is 2 table spoons of cabbage water freshly juiced. One cabbage can do a week or more. I use organic cabbage and I also have to give it to my two dogs because we have all become sick at the same time, I am in the UK and I think it is the water even though I generally distill my water I do only boil my water if having a cup of herbal tea. Love and kudos to you for doing so well in your gastroscopy. I have given up all the trashy foods to stay well now so hope it all goes well. Take care of your voice so you dont strain it also x
