Do you freeze the fondant? If you wanted to make in advance?

@@KetnaDepala if you want to make the fondant details in advance leave them at room temp! They'll harden up at room temp, but if you don't want them to harden cover them in plastic wrap. That'll keep the air away from the But definitely do not freeze for a long period of time! The condensation (once you take them out) will begin to melt the fondant :(
