Best Boss I have ever seen honestly. Loved how he blamed the training and the system not the personell in Mexico. Crisis Fund for the employees is just amazing and tells the employee that their employer actually cares. This is the kind of boss that would actually encourage anyone that actually met him to stay loyal to his business.

This is one super boss. I was in the military and as I got promoted, I watched others and learned. I had good bosses and terrible bosses. I took what the good ones taught me and showed others. I learned from the bad ones, what not to do or treat people. Yes some tried taking advantage but learned. I told my staff, if you screw up, tell me, I will back you. Lie, and I will drop you. They didn't believe me until one Friday we had the world divert into our airfield. Supervisor came into Operations screaming at my staff over who had accepted all these diversions. I stood up and told her, first, you don't come in my section screaming at my staff. Second, I tried telling you this morning and you told me not to tell you how to do your job. We didn't screw up, you did. She didn't like it, but those working for me believed me in future.

Well, so far (after watching a quite few of these GREAT HUMAN-BOSSES), this Stephen Cloobeck of Diamond Resorts is my favorite BOSS ever! I'm 60 with 45 of hard&tears work, left my country at 30 trying to find a better life for my family. In part it worked but excepting 2 jobs I had, I've always been treated and paid like a slave. The only thing that kept me going forward was the ambition to give my family a good life and the love for my job as an international truck driver. Greetings from Spain!

I love when these CEO's recognize a team member and reward them with a big pay day. It's just unfortunate that they earned their private jets with the help of all these people and yet it takes a camera crew and a network television show for them to recognize it. One huge gesture doesn't provide the entire staff with a living wage. What I really want to know is that after the show airs do they continue to compensate their employees adequately? My guess is no.
