The author seems to have a poor understanding of the terms "Owner", "Chairman", and "CEO". A Chairman can be voted out, though it's a difficult ask. A CEO can be voted out, though it's very unlikely. An "Owner" can't be voted out. You can't take someone's owned property away from them just by calling a vote.
