A lot of them don't want to work, they don't have good work ethic (work to get paid, put in the hours). I say some because there are young people who go to school, study, and work. However there are some young adults and grown ups who for some reason believe they can get away with certain things. And that they're "owed" certain things in life. I was always taught if I want something, go to work, save up and if you still wanna buy it, buy it. Don't catch a record & get in a trouble with law enforcement or with stealing other people's property. As far as prostitution, they have a vice squad and that's all they do. Set up decoys to catch the Johns. If someone really wants a pro they should save up, take a vacation, and travel to a country where it's legal or where they look the other way.

Creating a crime scene/entrapment should be against federal laws. The law only has the right to maintain laws, not create them if "business is slow." Secondly, the intent to break the law for drugs or prostitution should never be a crime unless the money has been delivered and the job description has been explained. Where I worked, they had one of these things outside our building on the main highway. We stood by the side of the building for smoking and used to holler.
