I actually did it because my hair is thick and i have a lot it would give me migraines when i put it up now i can have my hair up for more than a couple of hours with out having any issues

Getting an undercut/sidecut is the best thing I've ever done. Literally the only con (& I was expecting this) is that my hair grows so fast 😭😭😭 how much growth you've had since December is how much mine grows in 2 weeks 🙃 oh well. I still love it.

I have SOOO much hair. I decided to give an undercut a go after watching your original video when you first posted it! I get it trimmed at the salon and most people don't even notice I've got a good chunk of hair missing unless I actually point it out. It's super sneaky. I can't imagine going back to having a full head of hair

Spray leave in conditioner when you go to use the clippers! It helps with the irritation! We did this in cosmetology school, I still do it with my men's cuts or undercuts/side cuts etc lol!

Yes! My hair tangles under more now vs before. But it's worth it to me because it cuts down on weight for super thick hair and it's like built in AC during summer months.

So, I discovered your channel a while ago because I was starting to get into the undercut trend (kinda late in the game, but hey) and I got inspired to cut my hair. So I had a talk with my mom and told her I wanted to cut my hair and at first she got scared (and tought I was crazy for shaving half of my head) but eventually, she understood. She's the one that gives me my monthly trims and so far, I've been l-o-v-i-n-g my undercut. When I do trim it, I go for the buzz (using a 3mm guard) because it slows the growth of my hair a little 'cause my mop grows real fast. Mine is actually set a little higher than yours and to be honest? I fricking love my undercut.

I did one because of you last year and I always loved bleaching it and dying it colors but growing it back has been annoying, I'm at the stage where it fits in my ponytail but the buns i do look crazy with the short hairs. You can always pin them up but it gets annoying. The stage where it almost fit in my ponytail but didn't was awful, i never had my hair up bc it looked too dumb on me but i loved the feeling of like i would pet the back of my head which is so weird but I think it feels cool

I shaved mine because my hair was too short to put all up in the summer and I'd have little bits hanging out 😭 just seemed easier to shave off the bottom half so I wouldn't have to use 3846483 bobby pins to put it up 😩 it's grows back way to fast though 🖕🏻🖕🏻

The only thing i found annoying about my undercut is how thin it made my hair and the gap it left in the back and also the growing out process, im only just starting to be able to put some of it up in a ponytail😂 but apart from that i loved having it, i had mine in a triangle shape and it looked fucking amazing imo😂 xxx

If you don't want those sticky bits to bother you, take some baby powder and dust it along where you cut your hair. it'll take away those bothersome pieces of hair between washes.
