Pre-taxes dollars are taken out of your check and you are reimbursed the full amount of healthcare services rendered. So you are getting tax free healthcare services. If the services you submit are fraudulent, you are essentially taking tax revenue away from the government. The medical practitioners are committing insurance fraud since they are billing for non-existent services. Like stealing your own car and submitting an insurance claim. Everyone involved sounds very guilty.

Could have avoided jail time if he agreed to pay back what he took and plead guilty like Tony Allen. Allen just did community service. Davis plead not guilty with a ton of evidence against him and refused to pay back initially. This is on him. The rest didn't get a harsh penalty at all except for Terrance Williams, but he was the ring leader. He was also threatening some of the players and the drs if they didn't go along with the scheme
