In Spring of 2022, we went to Lake Bled, Slovenia for a once-in-a-lifetime underwater project. Our team had one specific goal: to catch Bled carp in front of the live underwater camera. Achieving this goal on such a large and deep lake may sound insane, but we rose to the challenge. Fishing at Bled under normal cicumstances is hard work; most of the lake is not accessible with a vehicle, it is very mobile and labour intensive, and the rules are very strict. However, the rewards are worth taking on the challenge. It was hard work achieving our goal so early in the year, but we can all say that it was our most epic fishing experience so far.
