You have got to be kidding me like NO FREAKING WAY ARE YOU SERIOUS HOW IS IT EVEN POSSIBLE WAAAH! I am so glad this showed up in my recommendations. I didn't even think it was possible. One of the top best mods ever made. Thanks so much man. Oh my gosh I'll definitely try this when I can. It'll definitely be one of my go to mods.

This will make more sense to use it in the final race against Caleb before to start Most Wanted with this car, since we know the protagonist from UG1 and 2 its the same dude from MW and Carbon

How were u able to make a replica of the sound despite UG2 having such a bad sound memory capacity??? We modders always thought, it would be impossibile to port MW and Carbon TMX sounds to UG2

That's because the mod doesn't make use of the game's audio system, it runs in a totally separate system of it's own. The mod ASI plays wav files while reading memory from the game to recreate the sound

This mod adds the Gearbox whine effect that was first introduced to NFS in NFS Most Wanted '05. This gearbox whine contributed greatly to what gave the BMW M3 GTR its signature sound in that game. The mod recreates the improved and upgraded version of this effect that was first implemented in NFS Carbon. I use the NFS Carbon whine sound files and self made code to attempt reproducing an accurate and functional "backport" with the mod. While it is not possible to directly implement the feature into the game's own sound engine, I used some tricks to mimic full implementation (e.g the game's exe plays the sound, the sound stops when game is paused/ sound lowers when player receives phonecalls). It otherwise runs as a completely independent program that uses it's own sound engine, it just happens to use the game's data in order to stop/start the sound and modulate the whine according to the car's speed.
