They're all mods, the deleted cars are from the previous game (obviously). The NSX had some left over data in the games file indicating at one point it was going to be in the game but wasn't for one reason or another. The charger?... That one feels like a massive outcast in this game imo.

Many of the body kits from the Blackbox era of Need for Speed (UG, MW, Carbon) are actually based on real-life body kits. Some were original designs but creating designs based on existing body kits was easier and quicker than coming up with brand new ones (EA forced them to release a new game each year back then so they had to find ways to speed up the process).
