I was at the City Club gig he referenced and I’ll never forget cutting the line with my buddy, running straight to the back and seeing Virgil, bottle of Patron and carrying a sample Louis bag from right before the announcement. he let me get a second photo after the first one didn’t turn out. 🖤

he was diagnosed with cancer almost 2 years before this...was obviously immune compromised during the pandemic because of his treatments and he still felt hopeful! . Amen to that.
