Amazing progress mate. Its interesting seeing someone just go down.

Good progress. Digging probably the same as when you climb a ladder. Five metres doesn’t sound it , but feels way high.

@@user-wq3jr9hn4m me too! That's when it will start to feel like more than just a hole in the ground.

we need a prediction episode, where you sit through the crude math of how long it's been to get to here, and what it ideally will be, and how long approximately will take at the pace you've been going (:

Hi lex maybe use the block and tackle to load up the lift. I'm hoping that the clay will become nicer as you get deeper.(If there's such a thing as nice clay) How far till your lift runner extension.
@LexsBudgetBunkerBuild20 күн бұрын
@crazygeorgelincoln when I get a grappling hook I may try hauling it up to the lift platform. I need to go down about another 1300mm before I can extend the lift tracks. The clay is fine until it gets wet.

Is there a pottery place you could donate that clay to?
@LexsBudgetBunkerBuild12 күн бұрын
@@poppalee I think clay used by potters is a specific type and is processed. I am experimenting with processing it so if I can get a good result then maybe.

7m is a long way down. You'd probably get away with 5m assuming you'll have to put a support structure in regardless. Funny, literally a game of cat and mouse on the camera.
