You have kept the Cable drum in the wrong position, Cable should come from the upper side.

Fine.. But after docketing done..we should put a electric cable below cautionary yellow colored tape just above the soil But that yellow tape should be at least 0.2 to 0.3 mtr. Below from top surface... It us being used..when and excavation work started..during excavations..firt this yellow tape will appears .and excavator will know ..that there is electric cable is burried here..
